Here is my FOTD. I used Aurora on my lids, Wedge in the crease, Brown Down in the outer V and underneath the eyes and Blanc Type to highlight. For a blush I have on Salsarose and Lightscapade to highlight. On my lips I have Cherry lipliner with Chanel Dragon.

Spanky definitely try Aurora! It's beautiful and a warm brown, so I think you'll like it better than Earthly.
I used the water based mixing medium with Aurora and then another layer of Aurora dry. I picked up Aurora with my brush and then put a couple of drops of the mixing medium on the brush. I didn't mix it in before applying it on my lid, but it still worked amazing. I have used homemade mixing medium in the past (glycerine and water), but I like the mixing medium from mac a lot better. The homemade mixing medium does irritate a bit after application and the mac one doesn't. Spanky you can use it several ways. Like I did just putting some drops on the brush or using a mixing plate and put a pigment and the mixing medium on it and then mix it in.
I don't think opague swatches of the blushes will show the effect they have and my camera doesn't pick up blended out swatches too well. I hope you can see Salsarose in the picture. It's beautiful and gives a rosy flush to the cheeks when applied with a light hand.
OMG you look hoooooooooooooooooot!!!

We live in a log home and lighting is always an issue! I feel like I can never see, and I just had my eyes checked last year...better than 20/20! My look today...keeping it simple..Neo Nebula on eyes, Galaxy Rose on lips, Star Wonder & Super Nova on cheeks. At least the poor lighting conceals some of my wrinkles!

...You THREW AWAY Dragon?!?!?!?!

I know. I was clearing out some older make up. It was far from finished and it hadn't gone bad. Just too enthusiastic cleaning out my stash. I am really angry at myself right now....

So, I tried wearing Earthly again yesterday & it was a complete & total failure. I literally Thad to cover it up with 3 other colors. I'm so disappointed because this is the one I really wanted to work, it just looks all muddy & ugly on me. I'm so disappointed & I haven't tried my NN or Auorora because I don't want to be let down. I think that I'm going to return them all & just figure that MESs are not for me & move on. I've tried patting, swirling, shaving, fix +, regular water, dry, TFGG, PPs, etc. What a loss. Still undecided about LY + CoU + SR. I really love SW & Galaxy Rose.
I am so sorry Earthly didn't work out for you! I love mine! Its a gorgeous taupe. I am NC20 for reference. But yes you should swapping it!

I caved and ended up buying Stratus. I had gone into nordstrom last week and just for the hell of it had the mua try this on me and that was my mistake lol. I didnt buy it that day but ever since then ive been tossing and turning thinking about this blush and how it surpassed my favorite mac blush Darkly My Dear from the Venomous Villains collection. I went to the store yesterday and they had one left. Phew!. Now I can sleep in peace. I will post swatches on my arm and cheeks later. This color is so effortless on me. Im nc44/nars sheer matte tahoe

Love Galaxy Rose...a LG that can stand on its own! Watched your video yesterday, and got all excited about HC collection again, and was glad to see all your swirls made it home in one piece! Just when I think I am over pining away at this collection, I either use one of my swirl babies or see someone else's and fall back in love with it! After wearing today, I was going back through my mind and trying to justify more purchases! I didn't purchase three MES's and two LS or two CSG's...finally had to tell myself there was a reason they didn't come home with me the first hauls! Not my colors, or had colors too similar...I will not buy anymore from the HC collection. I will not buy anymore from the HC collection. I will not buy anymore from the HC collection (maybe if I write this 100 times, like in grade school when I would talk in class, it will sink into my fat brain!). This was in response to ILoveMakeUp84...guess I forgot to quote it!
