Bunny, what do you mean? I can't speak to A-mei or Dresscamp, but I got my Pro discount on Arora, both at the Pro store and at the Soho store.

This year in Monogram the lightest shade is called Light Medium and is described as "Pale Ivory" - sounds lighter than Model Chic.

Hmmm I don't know how I feel you guys. I'm super stoked but the thought of paying even MORE for my HK stuff gets me worried! Since I don't consider myself a "collector" I might not get a mystery powder soley because of its potentially beautiful casing

I'm sure there will be more items that are less pricey than the Mystery Powder, at least I'm hoping for it. I was really looking forward to getting doubles of everything, but if the items are priced like this I might have to get only doubles of my favorite things :/ Which has me... kinda worried..

This actually gives me an idea . . . I would love it if MAC did this with more collections. Not another full-out Couture collection more than once a year, but it would be cool if they gave us a Couture-style compact two or three times a year, maybe with icon collections or really big brand crossovers. (Can you imagine a Barbie couture compact or a Liza couture compact!?!?!?) It'd be awesome to have a big collection of killer compacts and we'd never have to worry about running out of mystery powder if we knew they'd be coming out with more every 4 months or so instead of once a year.

Yeah, the powder comes with a refill. Is it b ad that I'm hoping all the powders are too dark for my pale self? That's $50 I can use to buy exra lipglosses

I just thought of something. There was a post awhile ago about purple and blue lipglasses. Maybe it's posslbe that the makeup line will follow harajuku, or Japanese street fashion? That'd explain some of the different colored lippies. Still trying to think outside the box here

MAC has put out a handful of blue (the dazzleglass, Blast O' Blue l/s) lips and lots of purples in the past, but unfortunately (with the exception of Cyber, which is super dark purple) none of them really give true color payoff. They mostly just give a cooler tint to the red or pink (natural or painted on) underneath them. Unfortunately. I would *adore* real blue lipstick or gloss.

But I kind of doubt they'd put it out with Hello Kitty, if ever. I feel like this collection is probably going to be very "safe" colorwise like Barbie was. With a property as big as Hello Kitty they probably want to make sure it all flies off the shelves immediately, not leave tubes of neon blue lipstick sitting around because people are too scared to try it.

Harajuku Girls are the best!
Hopefully as far as the blue and purple lipglasses will go they'll make them not too sheer or dark I want to be able to wear mine but I want it to be different from a blue lip smackers lipgloss !

I agree. It would be fun if they did Comet Blue dazzleglass with HK packaging, though. That would rock!
