Here is the pic of my freak-a-fied 131 brush I received from MAC PRO site with my order last year. LOL!

I call it my windblown brush!

Freak on the left, obviously! ;)

you should!

i haven't had any problems with my brushes yet, but i think i've only bought two online...but i don't really look at them super close when i buy them in the store either...guess i've been lucky so far!
i should probably be more particular on my msf's and mineralize eyeshadows, but i never seem to remember one can do that!

i'll probably wait till i go to the store for the brush as well...i'm debating whether there is anything worth phoning and putting on hold in advance...

...and i still want to see more swatches on nc44+!!!

What's in your cart, Mac-Guy?

What are you backing up, Mister?

While waiting for "coming soon" turning into "ready to order," I put four other items in my cart. I guess the strategy is working: the longer you tease, the more other stuff you buy. I haven't pressed submit yet, but I'm close doing so :)

Shellcat, your defunct 131 looks like it's permanently windswept or something

I'm glad you got a perfect one in the end!

I have Sun Dipped and i have used two different brushes that i like. I use the 184 if i want a really light application (i'm so glad i got that brush) and i use the 138 for a bit more colour, but even with the 138 it can still be built up easily.
Thanks for the recs. I don't have any of those, LOL. I've been wanting to get the 184 and 138 for a while, but they're both discontinued as far as I know. (I know the 138 isn't in other countries, but it is here)
I got Soft Sand and just quickly tried it today with the 129. I will have to try it with other brushes.

BTW the bronzing powder packaging is so cute!

I did a makeup look today ladies using:

Feeling fresh in the crease
Barefoot eyeshadow patted on the lid
A blue eyeshadow as liner and under lower lid (I will be picking up Nautical Navy tomorrow!)
Soft Sand bronzer all over and as a contour
Fleet Fast Blush
Red Racer lipstick

I am NC42 color at MAC and I think Soft Sand is a lovely natural bronzer, I underestimated how beautiful and pigmented Fleet Fast blush is!- A must have in fact I think I need to back it up! Need to back up Red Racer tooo!!!!

What do you think? Yay or Nay?
Yes FF looks much better on the cheek. Hmmmm...

If in doubt, I'd stick to Sun Dipped. A yellow-based bronzer is more likely to look like a fake bake. If you like the look of SD and you want a BU, then go for it.
I'm NC 44/45 with golden undertones...

does anyone know how will a yellow bronzer look on that skin tone? Would red clash?

Hm...I think my list is shrinking.

Now questioning:

Red Racer: Looks kinda cherry red in the pics, but that could be the liner used. The description is yellow-based, so I was hoping it was at least neutral if not warm. If it's cool, pass.
Shore Leave: I'm loving Chicory and Nice N Spicy with Razzledazzler and Ravishing - I think I can skip Shore Leave. Too pinky.
Send Me Sailing: My first lipglass (Hot Spell - bought in early Jan) has already gone thick and funky smelling. Too short a shelf life for me, although a MUA at the MAC store said that particular colour was known to have issues. I think I'll hold on any further until I see how my newer ones hold over the summer.

Definitely yes:
Sail La Vie
Fleet Fast
Either 168 or 167SH

Little baby haul. Which means I'm going to indulge in the 130, 286 and Face & Body Foundation (N3 - new match).
