I used Beet with it first because I saw someone else do so and it looked gorgeous but it just pulled too pink, the time after I didn't wear any with it but it was still too pink. Should I line and fill in with the lipliner and then lipstick or just line & lipstick? I don't have Currant and atm can't afford to get it if I'm buying from GD

Yes, that was the pick up order I placed with Nordstrom on Monday. It was ready Tuesday, but I wasn't able to make it to the store until today. I got Glamourdaze x2 and Innocence. I had an Outrageously Fun BU in that order, but it was canceled because it wasn't in stock at the store. I am so happy to finally have my mitts on Glamourdaze. It's such a pretty, effortless shade on me. kimibos was spot on with her description. It's just like Offshoot except Offshoot is a bit lighter. I barely see the difference swatched on my hand and there's no difference on the lips. I'm still happy about that because I just love the color so much. I don't mind having additional BUs for this shade.
Now Innocence on the other hand, that's a completely different story. It looks awful on me. Just pure ewww. The Frost finish makes it worse. My lips look like Tyrone Biggums after he smoked cracked, ate some powdered donuts and then smoked crack again. I must've been smoking something myself to think that this color would work on me.
I'm going to return Innocence to get my Outrageously Fun BU. The money's already spent, so it's not costing me any additional funds to get it. I also swatched Round Midnightand will be buying it, too. It swatched so much better than when I was at the event. At the event it seemed more brown, but this time I could see the purple. That means I would've gotten all of the EDES from this collection. I'm done with this collection after that! Wait, I think I still want a Whisper of Guilt BU. OK, I'm really done after that.

Here is my Glamour Daze haul! I picked up the Hanging Traveling Bag, Glamourdaze, Outrageously Fun, Whisper of Guilt, Small Vanity and Easy Manner.
I originally only wanted the two blushes...then I got the skin finish, and after seeing Temptalia's swatch of Glamourdaze I added that to my list. THEN, at MAC I bought the 130 brush and Outrageously Fun on impulse. Ughh, a $40 dollar collection quickly turned into a $200 dollar one.

I love Rebel, I use it with Vino lipliner, I dont have Currant...gonna have to check that out!
I was worried about all my orders this morning, only thing that happened was my Deliciously Demure lipglass wasnt in my bag or rung up, but I called and added those with someone else from who I ordered from initially. The manager went and got me one right away, and said that they are going to be preselling the other new collections coming up (Aside from Strength). I went on a little shopping spree, and by the time I came home my bf was at my house and he wants us to carve pumpkins so I cant really play around with anything yet. I tried OF and its pretty, I love it! I tried Innocence, which i didnt like that much until I added In Anticpation lipliner, then it looked good enough lol. I tried GD last week , they had it out at Macy's when I went to do my preorder for SM edes. I also just tried Call me Goregous lipglass from the lip bag, i like it. I got my travel bag, and it was just perfect for all my MM goodies plus a few other special packaging items. o wait, i just realized that I forgot about my palettes, i still have the entire long pocket left. So all in all, im happy but still need to try the brush set.....i got the mineral set last year, which works good for me since I only have few mineral items. Id try my eyeshadows, but i stopped by the Clinique counter to get a consult ( so i get a free lipstick and eyebrow pencil lol) so i still have that on, dont feel like redoing it. i should be doing homework too =( I got some items i missed out on at the CCO, i posted in that thread. Im going to the mini lip liner right now.... I think if i had waited to order today, i probably would have bought less....but i cant say for sure lol.
love the great catch lipliner! Glad i got the pink lip bag, it has my everyday staples

Don't worry, I find Currant and Vino to be very similar. I think you'll get the same effect. I would probably fill in my lips then apply lipstick to see how that works first. Innocence l/s- Not amazing, not terrible. I don't have a lot of nudes (and I don't think I have any shimmery nudes) so it's fairly unique in my collection. I've never been a big fan of frost lippes. I think I only own two or three. But since this looked different from anything else I had and I liked how it looked in swatches, I ordered one. It barely does anything to my lips besides give them a shimmer, so I tried it with liner under it and liked the results better, both in color and texture (I felt it looked smoother on my lips with the liner under it). Conclusion: I don't feel it was a waste of money, but I don't think I would miss it if I suddenly found myself without it either.
Outrageously Fun l/s- It doesn't lean quite as purple as I thought it would, but it's still beautiful! I'm a fan of the cremesheen formula (only amplified lippies beat them in my book), so texture didn't disappoint. On me it looks almost like a bright pink l/s (can't think of which one I'd compare it to at the moment) with Pervette l/s over it. The purple component has a kind of opalescent quality to it, which I find quite eye-catching! Definitely happy I picked one up.
Easy Manner blush- Gorgeous! I don't have The Perfect Cheek or Stunner, which I know many people have been comparing this shade to, so this was a totally justified blush purchase for me. I was afraid I might have to work a bit to get the color to show up on me the way I wanted it to, but nope! It's a perfect natural but noticeable blush on me. Debating if this one is b/u worthy! I'm going to wear it again tomorrow, so I'll probably know if I want a b/u after that.
Whisper of Gilt EDSF-
That's all I got to try tonight, but I still have Impossibly Sweet, Flight of Fancy, Sweet Vanity, and Ready to Party to look forward to! All will be tried over the next couple of days, for sure! I'm working an event all weekend, so I won't be on much if at all. I have a feeling I'm going to come back to find at least a dozen pages of new posts in this thread! Good thing a storm is headed our way around Monday...it'll give me an excuse to stay home and catch up, haha.

On me, no. They're pretty much the same color. The main difference for me is that one is more sheer (Yung Rapunxel) and the other is more opaque (Dramatic Encounter).

Now I think I need: Orpheous Tall Dark and Handsome Deliciously Demure Something is wrong with me...I think I have MCD (MAC compulsive disorder)

Lol, thanks! Nightmoth is still a "new" pencil for me. I haven't played with it yet, but plan to next month. I don't have Burgundy yet. I want to see how it looks next to Mahogany and Brick. I don't have those either.

I love whisper of gilt also. I like it better than superb even though I like that one too. Ready to party is so pretty too.My order has arrived!!! I haven't gotten to try everything yet, mainly because hubby is sick in bed and I don't want to be running in and out of the room too much to grab brushes, other products to try combining with the holiday stuff, etc. But I wasn't going to completely deny myself either! So here's a summary of what I've tried so far:
Innocence l/s- Not amazing, not terrible. I don't have a lot of nudes (and I don't think I have any shimmery nudes) so it's fairly unique in my collection. I've never been a big fan of frost lippes. Whisper of Gilt EDSF-This is the HG gold highlighter I've been waiting for. Whether I use it on bare skin or over foundation, it gives the most stunning pop of shimmer to my cheekbones. Applied it dry with my beloved 130 brush and couldn't stop staring. I think I could wear this as my highlight every day for the rest of my life and be perfectly happy. Anyone know what the shelf life is on EDSF??? I'm guessing it's shorter than a powder. Wondering how long they last if they stay unopened until you're ready to use them...thankfully I already got a b/u, but I'm seriously considering getting more. One of the greatest products I've ever bought, hands freakin' down.
