I called my MAC store and Nordstrom counter. I'm picking up my Outrageously Fun BU from MAC. I'll get Round Midnight and my Whisper of Guilt BU from Nordstrom.

I don't know why Outrageously Fun was canceled from my original Nordstrom order because they had some still in stock. The SA said she just sold the last one right before I called. I wished I asked about it when I picked up my stuff last night, but I was in hurry. Now I have to go back again. I'm surprised that MAC still has a decent quantity left and the MUA said they still have a few Glamourdaze lipsticks, too. I would probably get even more BUs of it if I didn't already have Offshoot.

I did also think that Glamourdaze reminded me of many of Bobbi's colors - I am NC15 with hardly any pigmentation in my lips and I found this color really looked more brownish to me - I wore it yesterday and every time I looked in the mirror it just didn't look right on me, kinda off so I ended up layering a dazzleglass that I happened to have in my purse over top of it. I guess it looks different on everyone but I did not find it it be pinky-mauve at all, it was more brownish with almost a dull brick red tendancy - not full out brick red by any means but kinda the brownish look that a brick red color has if that makes sense mixed in with some plum and pink.

perfect comparison, it is like Bobbi's colors. That's why I've seen it before.

I picked up Easy Manner blush today and i have to say it's nothing like The Perfect cheek!! They look the same in the pan, but once swatched they are totally different!!

I was not impressed with any of the sets. FOr gifts for makeup newbies, yes, but not for someone who has been collecting. However I did get the eyeshadow duo that had the brown in it. LOL You can't have too many brownish/yellow/goldish colors right? LOL
I might give this to my Mom.
I think for Xmas gifts, I'm going to go to the CCO and find last years holiday gifts to give, and when these get there, I'll give em away as Mother's Day gifts. (if it is around that time of year). LOL

I called MAC customer service yesterday because my order (from Tuesday) still said 'pending' as well... the customer service representative apologized and said they had been experiencing delays in processing... she offered to waive my shipping fee and said my order would be shipping out yesterday.

I received my Fedex shipping notification late yesterday afternoon, and it appears they also upgraded my shipping to overnight... my order should be delivered today. I live in Vancouver, and normally my orders take at least 5 business days to be delivered; it was a nice surprise for sure.

Bottom line, it's worth a phone call to them to find out the status of your order and perhaps have your shipping upgraded and fee waived altogether

My order just arrived!

Glamourdaze: Almost the exact shade as my lips, just very faintly (very) darker. Barely shows on, but for the slight sheen. I like it a lot - definitely a MLBB shade. This probably explains why I can't wear a lot of nudes because they're too pale.

Edit: Now wearing Glamourdaze with Absolutely It l/l (to line, not fill). Makes it just a touch deeper - I really like this lippie!

Flight of Fancy: Meh. Lots of glitter but not nearly as pigmented/opaque as I'd hoped. I think this was my last l/g. I'm just not a huge fan. I'll stick to the brighter CSG from now on. Might be better layered over other shades (maybe over YR?). Just ok paired with Burgandy liner. Will likely be donated to one of my daughters.

Edit: Tried a few things - just not feeling this one.

I really like FE on the lower lash line. Give it a try. I also think it looks good on T's lower lash line. It's a very unusual color.

The MUA @ local MAC store told me to use FE on the lower lash line as well.

I haven't dipped into mine yet but I'm wondering how would it look above Dark Diversion?

I definitely did WAYYYY more damage than I was expecting. Soo glad the next few collections will be quiet for me.

SIDENOTE: My Nordie's girl said they are taking pre-orders for the Mascara sale they are having buy 2 get 1 free its with all counters too, not just MAC. It's on November 3rd.

Your haul is lovely, but what I am really envious of is that bag of cheetoes up in the right hand corner! LOL . I like how it matches the Chester Cheetah box too.

I am trying so hard to resist the pink brush set, but I don't think I can escape the gravitational pull of those cute, girly, pink bristles!
