Thank you so much for your suggestion and your empathy!I will make a note to try those UD pencils--they sound great too. Absolutely It does go with almost everything.
That kind of accident is why I like to decant a small amount of pigment into a sample jar for daily use. Of course, there is always a chance of spill during the transfer, but I will do that when I am NOT in a rush. I am sorry that happened to you!
I bought the brown pigment set and the purple pigment set. I like the brown crushed metal pigment set. it may be chunky but it's still workable for me, but not advisable to use all four colors together at once on the lids as it can be too shimmery, Would pair 2 colors @ a time for best effect. Haven used the purple pigment set yet so i have no comments on that but I do like the brown pigment set. But note, it can be quite chunky and glittery. the star color is the dark brown color in the brown pigment setI would love to hear some more opinions on the pigment sets. How do you like them?
TIA

Yep I have a few crush metal pigment sets from the past Spring color forcast, Surf baby, Vera, I feel that texture wise they are about the same (the dark brown one in the brown set has better texture though...chunky but smooth and blendable.) I will swatch the crush metal pigment from this collection when I have the time for ya k XD anyway I also gotta update my beauty blog so I hafta do some swatching too XDThank you very much geeko
Do you happen to own any of the crushed metallic pigment sets that were released in the past?I wonder if these pigments are
more chunky and have a worse texture.
I have got several crushed metallic pigments so far and, while they sometimes need a bit of extra work, they are still lovely products
I do not want to miss in my stash.

These combos sound really nice. I haven't used my set yet.i once dropped a bottle of rocker nail polish on an off white stone tile bathroom floor....in an apartment i was renting from my professor! i ended up having to use a lot of nail polish remover and a toothbrush to get it out of the grout! i was so sad...especially now it's discontinued too.
good luck with the clean up....sounds like a nightmare!
i was wondering whether anyone who got the green set of pigments had come up with some interesting combos? i bought it at the weekend. so far i've worn a few different looks
-- the lightest shade all over, with the spruce shade in the outer corner and minted and surf usa shadow to line top and bottom.
-- the lightest shade just on lid, club dupe in the outer corner and piney shade on the outer v.
did anyone else find these a bit more difficult than regular pigments? i find them kinda chunky, and ended up smooshing them around with my fingertips. i also found my eyes more sensitive to them -- the mua had suggested that she likes to use regular shadows around the lashline when she uses these pigments, due to the larger particle size...
let me know if you end up coming up with something interesting. i have a tendency to buy pigments, then when it comes to using them, i usually can't be bothered with the extra care it takes to work with them...so i'm trying to be good and keep myself going with these ones!!I did a Glamour Daze eye look today. I'm afraid I hadn't used Divine Blue or Tall Dark and Handsome yet so I had to work these in. Ready to Party on the inner lid, Divine blue on the outer 1/2 of the lid, Stolen Moment in the crease applied with the 286 ?? brush (duo fiber blender brush), Tall Dark and Handsome on the outer V applied with the 226 brush. This is probably a little bit more colorful than I usually go but I did get a compliment from one of the makeup SAs at one of the counters. I don't remember which counter. I did look around for Round Midnight and so far I'm out of luck. I'll keep looking though. I still have yet to use Stylish Merry. I'm so bad.
