Yesterday I had a
. I received Dirty Blonde Fluidline Brow Gelcreme from The Stylish Brow collection.
AND Mystery Kohl Power eye pencil (intense black with green pearl) - from Glamour Daze - i got Orpheus (w/gold) and Raven (w/red) when GD was first released.
AND Catch My Eye Fluidline (taupe grey with dazzle) - also from Glamour Daze - i got Feminine Edge when GD was first released.
So maybe i'm done with Glamour Daze...
Also, nestled in with the others was Invincible Light mineralize e/s from Heavenly Creature! I think i am NOT yet done with that collection...

I caved and got Raven kohl (also nestled in with Dirty Blonde brow gel fluidline) and was contemplating Easy Manner blush, but didn't get it. I would probably get Feminine Edge if it got restocked. But I will BU Invisible Light with my next MAC order. That MES gets heavy use from me. I think you will like it too. And now, I am wondering if I should get the green MES from HC as well.Ha, ha, ha!

I've been wearing my Superb highlighter alot lately & I'm so in love with it. I've barely touched WOG. I'll probably try to find a BU of Superb & then I'm done.

I tried a different fluidline all over the lid and it was incredibly drying. So, I am not sure I will be doing that again soon!

That's the only way I've worn it. It seemed fine to me, as long as I had a primer underneath it. But using it as a liner it's just too patchy.

Well, i've been sitting on my pretty pink hatbox... not literally, of course. I bought the Lavish Rose Lip Gloss Set mostly for the purple with glitter of Boys Go Crazy. I doubted i'd ever want to wear the pale pinks in there. And so far i haven't worn any of them.
So today i opened the box and, rather than just looking at the beautiful colors "nestled all snug in their beds", i decided to try Demure. It is a warm opaque pink with glitter. With trepidation I decided to try it on. It was a surprise, a nice surprise. On my lips the base color is a light nude pink, not milky at all, and not noticeably accenting any lines in my lips. It is so... demure! And that much is probably dupe-able. BUT the kicker is the glitter is SKY BLUE. It isn't giant and chunky, but rather fine micro-glitter. And, well, i'm a pushover for unusual colors AND glitter.
Demure has turned out to be a gloss that i will probably wear with some frequency during the Spring and Summer, when i wear my dark violets and dark plums and dark browns and dark greys less, and wear pinky peaches and peachy pinks - and Snob and Angel - more.
In its honor, i opened up my pretty green hatbox and put two of the Sweetly Smoky Crushed Metallic Pigments on my eyes - Prettified, a warm mauve, and Maribu, a slightly warmish light pink. Then i lined my eyes with Raven Kohl Power Eye, a black base with warm red pearl, also from Glamour Daze, and dusted a little Semi-Precious Crystal Pink MSF on my cheeks. It's a bright sunny day today and i'm dolled up for it.

I have been torn about whether I love Dramatic Encounter or not. It definitely is too dark for anything but an Emo Goth Girl look straight from the tube on me but I love the finish. I finally toned it down with Modesty l/s in the center of my lips and sort of mixed the two and I have a new everyday purple I love. Line with Vino. It isn't quite an Ombre look, but it made me go from meh to

So glad you found a way to enjoy your DE. I don't have either color, but i do have plenty of other dark purples and plums.
I can't wear red lipstick - i just look silly and ugly. Dark colors are my red. And no one will mistake this frumpy old lady for an Emo Goth Girl (too bad there's no Goth Girl emoticon
