Received my palettes today. The highlighters are gorgeous, but the packaging sucks. It is cardboard. They do have mirrors, but CARDBOARD! Also the outer box is supper crappy. It is hard clear thin plastic. Makes these look like drugstore product. Nothing wrong with drugstore, but it doesn't cost $39.50 either.

I will enjoy them but so disspointed in how cheap they look on first impression.

It feels more plastic like to me. Not the typical cardboard that you would find with Benefit. To my touch it feels like it has a plastic overcoat - if that makes sense. But I agree, it is not the typical MAC packaging that we are used to get. I have a feeling we will see more of this in the near future.
