Nordies called me yesterday to let me know that they have the collections in store. I was going to wait to pick up both Fashion Sets and Extra Dimension however I decided to go this Thur to pick up my FS items as well as play with ED items some more. The MA suggested using the 109 brush for the blushes when I asked her opinion over the phone yesterday. She was appalled and amused when I told her I don't trust them (lol) with my items so I won't take any chances. I won't get to Nordstrom again until Sat 4/13 to pick up my ED items however I will be going to Macy's on launch day as the MA there closes so she will be there when I get off work at 730pm. I am too prepared to miss out on anything as I have both counters looking out for me. My main problem will be excersing some impulse control as I tend to go over-board.

From Instagram. She says it's: "Opalesse, triple impact, smokey mauve"
The duller and paler looking ones (Opalesse and Triple Impact, Zestful not pictured ) all swatches brighter and more vibrant than the ones that appears more pigmented (Smoky Mauve). SM is too filtered here, much lighter appearing IRL. All really nice nonetheless!!!!

Thank you, Debbs!

IIRC you mentioned that SM is also not as shimmery as Opalesse,TI and Zestful...?

Accurate, you get an A+ for Extra Dimension, lol. Yes, SM and DB (new blue as both abbreviates the same) have a soft buttery sheen and less shimmer than the others

Soft, buttery sheen does sound great too!

My final list:

EDSF's:

Definitely Defined
Shape The Future

EDB's:

At Dusk

EDES's:

Opalesse
Triple Impact
Smoky Mauve
Dimensional Blue

So I have deducted 1 blush and added 1 EDSF and 2 EDES from original list.

Went to my usual counter and took swatches and made a pre-order. I'm an NC40 right for reference.

Thanks for swatches! Btw, Extra silver is a lot lighter than I expected. It almost looks like a highlighter.
Forgot to put down my notes about the products. All the eyeshadows are sheer but can be built up. I think they'd be good for accents in dark looks or adding a glow to eyeshadows that you're already using in the same color families. They also could be layered heavily to use on their own. Blushes all swatched beautifully except for Flaming Chic. I'm going to assume I got a dud for the Flaming Chic tester since the rest were smooth and had a very soft texture. Bareness and At Dusk were also lovely but didn't show up much on my skin tone (too light). Only could look at Double Definition EDSF since the other two were back ordered. Bottom half isn't a dupe for Glorify in my opinion. Glorify is very copper-based in tone, and the darker color in Double Definition has a bronze undertone. The lighter half looks very similar to Whisper of Guilt, but it seems a little darker than WOG to me. Double Definition will look best on yellow-toned individuals, and it's a great option for those who missed out on WOG and Glorify despite the darker half not being a dead on dupe for Glorify.

If all the eyeshadows look sheer, I think I'll just skip them. :(
Btw, is Extra Silver lighter than Warm Thunder EDES or Evening Grey EDES?
And did you see Definitely Defined SF by any chance?

Everything looks wonderful! I'm not too worried about the EDES being sheer as I tend to wear them wet anyway
