MAC In Monochrome Collection (January 2019)

I wore the Teddy combo again but with the frosty Teddy shadow on the lid. I liked it but it made for a pinker look. Sur blush was pretty too. I used the Patrick Starrr Holiday highlighter. Looked nice but I'm not sure it's the best I have to wear with the Sur blush. I didn't look for the Teddy l/s no time my nude lipstick organizer fell apart so those lipsticks are all scattered now (must reorganize soon). Anyway I went with a Pat McGrath lipgloss. Nice quick simple look. I think I'm moving on tomorrow.

I see potential for a mix up with ordering. Supposedly Fashion Frenzy is the satin blush and Candy Land is a frost eyeshadow (don't know what happened to the matte eyeshadow from the Candy Yum Yum collection as it isn't on the MAC UK website at all). I ordered Candy Land and it says on the box and the pot that it is a Powder Blush.

I got Sur blush and one of the teddy shadows (i think dear teddy) and see me blush (see sheer) blush . I am kind of meh about everything. I might only keep sur blush and that's it

I ordered the two Velvet Teddy eyeshadows and lipgloss and the Sur blush. All unseen since it's not out in my country. Everything looks a lot pinker that in the online pictures. I find the gloss a little too dark/pink so I might give it away. Seeing the Sur blush I didn't need it, I have 5 Mac blushes in the same neutral shades. Excited about the eyeshadows!

I only got the Soft Teddy eyeshadow. It's on the pink side? It looked like a nude peach neutral shade. I have 2 Sur blushes from before.

It's true that the Teddy e/s are on the pink side. Not a huge fand of reddish e/s but these will work for a soft look/wash/transition.

The Heroine blush gives me a natural flush as it turns more pink/red on me. I like the SS Blush. It's subtle but I allways wellcome an orangey blush. I think I already have Sur - have to check, but no Apple Red.

Was really nervous that the Sur Blush wouldn’t work on my NW4.7 (in waterweight foundation).

It works just fine, that with the eyeshadows, and lipstick gives me a nice pink/nude look.

Havent touched my See Sheer stuff yet and I’m going back to pick up the Heroine/Diva Blushes and the Diva gloss.

I have empty’s to back 2 mac for a regular diva lipstick but I may not do it. I have soo many burgundy lippies (and backups) I already like.

I do need a new Rebel lipstick though.

Ooh I wore the Diva blush the other day. I liked it. I was afraid it would be too dark but it worked fine. I did use the Wayne Goss holiday brush that just released (holiday '18). I thought it was just a darker version/alternative to Sur blush. Maybe I would have thought differently if I had used a regular blush brush to apply it.

Oh and I've been wearing Fashion Frenzy blush the last 2 days too. I bought it thinking it was one of the small blushes they have that I wish they would sell large versions of. Well, it is not. I don't know how I mixed that up. It looks nice though. I still wish they would release those shadows/blushes in a large size or at least as pans. Edit - I stand corrected. It seems they do have them as small size pans. When did they do that? I still want a large size though.

I was wondering the same thing. So , I just called Canadian MAC Customer Service and was told they had received stock and had entered it into the system,it should
be available to order soon by tonight.

thanks! i ordered the heroine eyeshadows and blush, and the diva eyeshadows. the diva blush is still not available. but maybe in another day or two i'll check back.

I got Heroine , Diva( minus blush, will get later) and Ruby Woo. Am considering picking up Velvet Teddy as well.

i'd be interested to know your thoughts on the ruby woo items. i was on the fence about getting them. i guess i could do it when the diva blush appears...if they're still around.
i like the see sheer and the teddy items, but they do run quite pinky, as others have said!
