MAC live chat question

What am I doing wrong? I can't get past the initial survey page. It's as though the page doesn't fully load for me and I'm missing a Next button or something.

Don't forget to scroll down and fill out all the questions. Did you get past "Please list only your hair, eye and skin color in the box below. (For example: Brown Eyes/Medium Dark Skin/Medium Brown Hair)"?

The scroll bar is to the right and once you get to "Email Address", click on "send".

See I don't get that many things to do

I get as far as skin care and that's it. At least I know there's something else though and I'm not just loony

click on the link and then look for a link that says chat live. It'll then open a new window, you type your name, what kind of question you are asking about (colour recommendations/products etc) and give them information about yourself(hair/eye/skin tone) and you wait for the chat to start. Hopefully this helps!

I did and got some good foundation and blush colour advice which is what I was after
