I am really tired....My mommy bought me the greatest earrings today...maybe to try and get my mind off so much makeup for a change

I just need to stop...not trying to be a hero...But I think I am buying just to buy...just like the last couple okay 10 collections I bought they are still in the bag....that is why I know it's crazy! I have yet to use but 2 items I bought from Colour Craft....and only one from Style Warriors....I have issues

Almost all of the items I have purchased from all the past collections...I have never even used my Spiced Choc quad and i got it when COC first came out....so figure it out....pretty bad

Tish I totally agree with you, this is what I'm planing on doing:-


Nail Trend <==> Skipping it 2

Flirt with Fall <==> Skipping it 2

MAC High Def <==> I'm gonna check High Def L/S, and hopefully skip it.

Style Black <==> The 4 MES (from the swatches and Erine review I believe it's different, and it's something that I'll use so it's worth adding to my collection).

DSquared <==> Check the Purple GPS, I'll take my purple pallet and purple pigments, if i feel that it really made a difference that a black Base or Nice Vice PP can't I'll get it.

Magic, Mirth & Mischief somthing Holiday whatever <==> wanna check the coral MB, if i can use it as a blush and it's not a glitter bomb I'll get it.

Dazzleglass Cremes <==> Amourous

Trend F/W <==> Wanna check the Violet L/S & L/G

, that is why I'm trying to be very selective with my purchases

. I need to start focusing on what I already own and enjoy it

When I became a Specktra addict I used to buy everything I liked

, now I try to compare and make sure that I don't already own a dupe

, and if i'm really going to use it

Specktra is really helping me in finding the dupes

, so if i have any I take with me to the store ... What also helps is that collection come here late so I'm not high with excitement, and I'm loaded with info.

But it's still hard, example the green quad

from Makeup Art Cosmetics I want it but i'm not getting it, because a quad IMPO is something that I can use to complete a look, but from the reviews here I learned that it's all frosty, if i use a frosty lid I have to use a matte highlighter and vise versa, and I learned that 2 of them are dupes for colors that I already have so I'm skipping.

Sorry I don't mean to babble and I know you love specktra as much as I do

, but i want the newbies to know that you can come here to read and talk about your love of make-up, learn a lot of info about it, see swatches make lists

but be careful when you spend your money, you don't have to buy everything

,and remember what looks good on someone might not look good on you, also if you love something consider your lifestyle

In my book its coral

, but I can only use it as highlight. If this one is darker i'm getting it, if it's another highlight then I'm skipping

Yes I do....and I buy multiples...well I used to...anything I like I have always bought more than one of....mu, shoes, clothes...I am trying to break this habit

It has gotten out of hand and is no longer fun for me anymore
