I just tried to get Rated R online from Dillards and Bloomingdales, both sold out. I just said eff it and went to Ebay and actually snagged one at a reasonable price. It came out to $2 more than getting it from Dillards or Bloomingdales with shipping. I can live with that.

Just chiming in to declare my undying love for Black Russian pearl glide.

I am definitely on team back up this precious item. I skipped the pencils last year for some strange reason and later kicked myself after reading the rave reviews. I'm so glad that they came back and I hope that the MAC gods are listening and will one day make them permanent!

the colors are nothing alike though. so i don't see why not. SAP is so much darker, and i think it would work nicely with TP

oh, and SAP is already sold out at my ususal counter as of last week (i got mine on launch day though

Yes, you must get strike a pose. Talent pool is shimmermoss/parrot while strike a pose is a lighter less messy version of deep blue pigment. Strike a pose is gorgeous.

Sooo i caved and ordered for fear of not getting what i wanted.
So i got Smoke and Diamonds as i wasn't into mac last year
Strike a pose
and Style Snob
and everyone of them are effin gorgeous!!
Now i think i might have to go back for one off and unbasic white!

My s/o saw the black box this morning and was like oh-no
i just said shut up it's my birthday present to myself

However i still have 2 more weeks to give myself a few more happy birthday presents

My black box came yesterday and I was ridiculously excited! I got all the shadows except Rated R and Unbasic White (I know they're very sought after, but I have the Tempting quad and Sharp is too similar to justify.. and I hear unbasic white is identical to White Frost, so I skipped it) and all 4 of the liners.

I AM IN LOVE!

Today I'm wearing Style Snob all over the lid, with Smoke & Diamonds in the crease, and Dreammaker as a brow highlight, lined with Molasses. So pretty, I love these shadows. The texture and payoff is amazinggggg <3

Unbasic White is love. Unbasic White is also a Starflash finish, which means it's double love. Unbasic White in the inner eye as a highlight really helped the look of my icky red I've been crying all morning eyes...it is now my best friend.
