MAC - Love that Look Discussion

^You got all three of the quads? I might end up getting all three quads, three eyeshadows, two pigments, and a blush. I might get two Technakhol Liners since I don't own too many bright eyeliners and most of the time I go for black. As for the glitters, I'll get them later since I love MAC's glitters to death and I know they won't be used too often though.

Yep all 3 quads for me! I skipped the liners since I have my travel sized Urban Decay ones that I use once a week but still not enough to warrant me getting more lol. I'm debating on one of the blushes but I'll probably skip it since I think I can dupe it. These shadows I have learned I could not skip at all lol

Cool! I'll get all three of the quads as well! The eyeshadows are hard to pass up. I don't know if I still want Maira's Mood and Purple Shower.

Seriously if you don’t know if you want them now or not just skip them; as soon as the new collections come out we will be all over them anyways. I just got my Starflash and I’m already drooling over the photos of Style Black MES

How is the Stars Makeup eyeshadows. There is a green duochrome, a blue and purple, I want to try. I saw swatches on Karlasugar and have big time lemmings. Love that they fit in my mac pallette.

So I managed to grab Smoke & Diamonds and Strike A Pose yesterday. They're sold out at all the counters except one.

Which leaves me with 5 more e/s to get to complete this collection.

Winnie that's great! I'm so glad you decided to try these out, the finish is just awesome. You'll have to show us a look when you wear them sometime, I'd love to see that!

Add me to the list of people who have this entire collection, liners and all. I picked them all up on the first day though, I knew I had to have it all! I gave the ones I already had away as a gift and now that recipient is becoming addicted to MAC shadows...oops!

The finish isn't as nice as Starflash, and they are a little less pigmented. However they're worth a shot for the price. I use Paints or a Paint pot under it for more pop. I have Cougar, Dominatrix, Metro and Champagne in the singles. I haven't tried their pre-filled palettes yet, although maybe one day.

Hi ladies and gents! Newbie here.

LTL is the first collection I went nuts over. The thought of the e/s not becoming permanent skurred me into buying nearly the entire collection. The only e/s I did not get was unbasic white, Rated R, ego, and Glamour Check. Do you think I should go back for those? For reference, I'm NC30in the studio stick. (An MA gave me C4 in the studio fix powder, but I think I look too orange. Is that right? Sorry, that's a whole other topic.) TIA!

I must have no sense of smell....I can't smell anything different about my Starflash shadows....and I have the whole palette up to my nose....I do have asthma however so maybe I can't smell good...cuz I don't have a good seense of taste with a lot of things due to my enhaler

Thanks! I have light brown eyes with a tad of green around the rim. I was afraid Glamour Check would be too red or brassy. I'll go check it out.
