On my cheeks.

Then you should be fine, unless you have very oily skin. When I swatched TR on my hand, it was very creamy (easy to blend) and after it dried down, it had a nice satin finish (rather than frost). I'm curious to learn how you will like it and how you get on with TR.

Thanks. I might go ahead and buy it this week. I have dry skin, no oil in sight. If I do buy it, I'll be sure to report back.

Does anyone know how Offshoot lipstick compares to the Reel Drama lipstick from the Nordstrom Anniversary lip kit? I already have Reel Drama and I'm trying to see if I really need Offshoot. I believe they're the same finish also. On karlasugars swatches, they look pretty similar, so I'm thinking I don't need both

i'd like to get prince noir, runaway red (maybe) and dark diversion.

any thoughts on runaway red? i'm kind of debating whether it's really a must....maybe i should just get a ccb or something instead...

I know I already asked but I didn't get an answer.

Does anyone know how Dazzlelight compares to Creamy Bisque?
Go to www.temptalia.com and check out the swatch gallery. There you can compare eyeshadow swatches next to each other to see if they dupe.

I have the 210 and 209 coming with an order and use a truckload of eyeliner and fluidline so know i will use it alot. So both the 226 and 211 from this collection will be perfect for me.... I didnt even realise that 211 was in this collection when i skimmed over it, all im going to get from this collection.

Creamy Bisque IMO. You can never have too many brightening colors! I'd be worried about Dark Diversion making my eyes look red/tired.
When DD was released late last year/early this year, I was worried about this same thing - red/tired looking eyes. especially since I have a lot of pink undertones in my skin (NW20). But I took a chance on it and absolutely LOVE IT! It somehow brightens my blue eyes and adds just a little pop. And I am usually not a fan of purples, but this one works. I highly recommend this - it's a really great color, and I'm surprised by how much I still reach for this.

I really love this collection. I placed my "Basics" order this morning - - even though I have been wearing MAC for years and years, I think there are some really updated neutrals in this collection and a lot of products that will genuinely get a lot of use in my stash. Although it is no Cult of Cherry, I think it is a great collection. Not to mention the makeovers are really fantastic - the before/after images give me a lot of inspiration for using this collection. I thought the whole MAC Me Over thing when announced last year was kinda cheesy, but it really surpassed my expectations.

From Basics I order: All 6 single e/s (not sure where my Satin Taupe shadow disappeared to, so I thought this was a great time to re-order), both blushes, both CCBs, and Oh, Oh, Oh l/s .
That will be a very nice black box day!

Itching for MAC to hurry up and make the New Black part of the collection available.

Thank you for the link!
Stunner made her must-haves list.

I totally forgot to check this thread last night. I'm glad I did because I would have been tempted to order rather than going in store like I planned. I did stop in Nordstrom to see if they had the products and they were doing pre-sales. I really wanted to see Carbonized in person but that was the only thing they didn't have. Bummer. The only thing I swatched was Offshoot and I'm unsure of it. It was a nice everyday color but thought it looked similar to something I have. Now that I have thought about it, I think maybe it is along the lines of one of the Viva Glam nudey pink shades I have - either V or VI I don't remember except I think Offshoot may be pinker. I will have to remember to swatch these side by side in store on Thursday.

I will most likely get the 211.

I also really like BB's fine line and ultra fine liner brushes. I find the ultra fine works really well. It is thin on the end but not super pointy.

I see on T's site she does a comparison to the #211 brush with the #209 but does not mention the #210. any thoughts?
I agree. I loooove my 210, I use it way more than 209. I am curious about 211 and how much better than 210 it can potentially be. Besides that though, there isn't much for me here besides Moleskin e/s. I will get it coz I've been using my UD Naked so much that I know I'll run out soon...I use it as my transition colour.

Also, Dark Diversion is my favourite f/l made by MAC ever (and i have many many of them)! If you have green or hazel eyes, you need that shade. I also have cooler undertones (mine are more red) and amber shade eyes. Dark Diversion makes my eyes GOLD. It's absolutely gorgeous on.

I thought the same. I didn't find Dazzlelight in her swatch gallery, but found it in the Mega Metal eyeshadow comparison swatche. Thank you, Christine!

Looks like Creamy Bisque has a touch more pink?

EDIT: I just saw shontay's post. Basically, this post is repeating what she said.
