Did anyone order Simply Swinging nailpolish? I'm really intrigued by the colour but MAC's nailpolishes are not known for their outstanding quality.

I got SF yesterday and it looks HORRIBLE with my tone. It's def going back! I'm NC42/44

I was thinking it'd look not so good on me which is why I was going to pass on it and seeing that we are the same shade in MAC and you hate it is keeping it on my to skip list. Sorry you're having to return it.

Yeah it's just not working no matter what I do. I think I bought it in a panic that, since it's a lavender shade, it would sell out super quickly. I knew deep down it wasn't going to work lol

I see that too coral doesn't work for me. I have to use a really light hand so it doesn't look weird

Same! On my swatches, it looked like there was a little warmer tones, but on my lips, definitely a cool rose pink. It's been raining non-stop here, so terrible lighting, but I'll try to take a lip pic soon.

Always such a bummer when that happens. After Dodgy Girl I swore off buying lavender shades sight unseen. :sigh:

I ordered from Nordstrom a little after 7 eastern time on Monday morning and I still haven't received a shipping confirmation. I should have just waited to go in store tomorrow. I did this to avoid MAC's website and to get points and Ebates cash back (especially since it was double points) but their slow shipping gets me every time.

I usually get a shipping notice by the next evening but this is longer than usual.
