Thank you sooo much for this, Erine! We 're not the same skintone but this still gives me a good idea of how to coordinate my blushes with the rest of my look. Now to find out how to make sure my clothes are in tune with my makeup... :bouquet:I'm a blush whore. I LOVE blush! I like it a bit heavier on myself (i dunno if you can tell in my pics?). But i always wear blush to complement the rest of my makeup. So, if I'm wearing earthtone shades for eyes and lips (browns, golds, greens), I'm gonna wear more of a peachy cheek. If I'm wearing more of a pinky, purple, blue eye, I'll do a pinky/plummy cheek with a pinky nude lip. If I'm doing more of a tropically eye (brighter green, yellow, orange, corals), I'll do a coral cheek with a soft coral lip. And if a do a natural eye with a winged liner and red lip, I'll do a neutral cheek like blushbaby, TPC, prism, cupic, etc. i always coordinate all my makeup. I don't pay attention to warm vs cool and all that stuff. Ever. And i ALWAYS wear a cheek highlight to draw attention to my cheekbones, unless of course I'm wearing a shimmery blush already. But i mostly stick to matte or satin blushes so that i can wear a highlight in addition to it.So, since you get asked all the time what blush you wear, I want to know your secret .... please ... pretty please, with sugar on top!

I stayed away from this place I didnt even lurk (not much) because I wanted to be good after all that xmas shopping!
and all the new spring collections I did not want to be tempted well now my list has expanded.
I'm NC42 so I'm ordering the skin finishes (all 3 ) from Macys easier to return since there is a Macys a few minutes away for Mac and Nordies I have to go into Dallas.

Yeah, IDK what's going on. But MN and PC are up and mostly everything is available, but when I hit 'Add to Bag' it says "Item Added!. 0 Items Added to Bag" and then when I go to the cart it says the item was in there but has been removed. SMH at this confusion hboy:

I don't get asked about blush often but everytime I wear Mac's Dame blush I get asked.Do any of you out there get people asking what blush you are wearing? Just curious. I guess I am looking for that perfect blush color; that someone ... at least one time ... will ask me what I am wearing. It has never happened. Maybe someone once in a while ask me what eyeshadow I am wearing. The thing I get asked the most, is what lipstick I am wearing. I love my lipsticks/glosses like there is no tomorrow, but it would be nice for a blush to be recognized. It would be like wearing a whole new outfit from head to toe, and only the shoes are mentioned.
I hope everyone out there is having a nice, mellow Christmas.

It's really lovely, and I think you'll love it! It'll definitely be a sunkissed glow perfectly suited for summer in the ATX!Im NC45 and this is exactly what I wanted to hear!!! I already have Gold Deposit, so I was looking for something subtle that just melts right into the skin. MA is going to be super gorgeous in the summer time. I see you're an Austinite too
There are a few of us around I think, so maybe we can have some drinks together next summer with all our pretty cheeks!

I felt like FP was very similar to Superb. Maybe i'm wrong. I think there was more shimmer in superb..? I have the Laura Mercier highlighter 01 which is on the lighter side. any advice? I was going more for the color than the actual highlight when it came to the Extra Dimension SF.

I am wearing It's Physical Fluidline as a base, layered SD allover lid and used UD in Blackout as a crease color. I did a winged eye in Maybelline Stiletto Liquid Eyeliner in Black and used YSL Faux Cils Babydoll mascara on top and bottom lashes. I applied MAC Ombre Blush in Vintage Grape and use EDSF in Fairly Precious as highlighter on my cheekbones, temples and bridge of the nose. For the lips, I applied Viva Glam Nicki 2 lipstick and lipglass in Oyster Girl (w/ Plum lipliner)
I did some experimenting as far as using EDSFs/EDESs and fluidlines for the first time. I love how it performs!
