I went to the MAC counter during lunch time with a friend and she lent her hand for me to swatch because I had glitter all over mine lol.
She's NW or NC 20. Does FP have glitter particles in it? The one I swatched had a lot

I originally wanted At Dusk and Morning Rose, but by now my list consists of:
Sweet Heat
Superb
Autoerotique
Morning Rose

All of these products cost about 95€ which is a lot for makeup. I don't know if I can justify spending so much money on makeup. Maybe I can cross Sweet Heat. I don't think it's that unique. Autoerotique and Morning Rose are definite. I'll have to see with Superb.

When I finally swatched Morning Rose and Autoerotique I realized that I had something similar at home. The e/s wasn't even on my radar and it wasn't until I swatched it that I realized I could find the space to love it.

I think this is the first collection in about 4 months that I've not bought a lipstick.

I finally got my order in this afternoon - I had to visit a Tim Hortons hot spot because I have had no power for almost 3 days! Hell!

I have been so frustrated with no heat/power/internet/no Christmas dinner... I spent more than I was planning on as a means to cheer myself up lol.

I was surprised nothing has sold out! Relieved but surprised none the less.

I'm so annoyed that I didn't notice the free express shipping code (Boxing), grrrr!
Though I doubt I would receive it any faster to be honest.

I am looking forward to seeing all the swatches from all your hauls!

That's really frustrating that your power hasn't come back on yet. I hear that there are new power outages reported all the time... must still be power lines affected by falling branches, etc. I am glad you were able to get out to a wifi hotspot and order what you wanted though. Small consolation for a messed up Christmas holiday but at least there are 12 days to celebrate so perhaps a dinner could happen yet?

I just got my last shipment from Nordstrom and my FP is superrr glittery, too. I was not expecting that. It's pretty, I guess, but it has more glitter than color...I'll have to play with it a bit, before I decide whether or not I'm keeping it.

Its the nars ita brush! I saw it on youtube and it looks perfect for contouring! You should google it for pics!

If anyone missed out on NARS Ita Kabuki, keep in mind that these NARS brushes are variations on traditional Japanese brushes that are available from other lines. So, here is a comparison of the NARS and the Hakuhodo by The Nonblonde. The Hakuhodo is more $$$ so not everyone will want it. But thought it worth posting just keep in mind the NARS is not the only game in town (as much as I love NARS)

yeah for sure. superb is VERY glittery too but it has some color and warmth to it which is perfect on my skintone as a highlighter.
FP was definitely a lighter pink/peach color with shimmer in it.

Ladies, if you like Smoke and Diamonds, my favorite of all time, you'll love Silver Dawn eyeshadow. Though not an exact dupe, it's pretty close. My S&D shattered and is now more of a loose powder that I use sparingly and refuse to give up, Silver Dawn is a great alternative. And they have the same initials so there's that. :yahoo:

I tried to take a pic to see if I could show the glitter. This is the best I could do:


It isn't a smooth metallic finish like my other EDSF's. I think you may be able to see the little swatch of MA next to it. Of course, the color is different, but the texture is very different, too. I do like MA, though. It's kind of close to my skintone (NC42) but I think that makes it a more subtle highlight.
