On the topic of corals/peachy colors can someone please suggest a really good gloss (any brand ) for deeper skintones WOC . I tried my Ablaze lipgloss today for the first time and I am not liking it on me. I don't have a lot of orange, corals and peach colors however working on changing that trend by next season. It's a bit complex choosing the perfect color for me in that family and most times in-store swatches esp for blushes are required.

Yeah, MAC always makes me come back for more.

Ever since CartoonChic made the yearly collections calendar which lists all upcoming stuff...there is no escape from MAC grip/temptation and pre-planning

Yeah me too. I thought I wanted Sweet Heat and A Natural Flirt but for the price and size (so bummed they downsized it!) I think I'm going to skip it and just get those beautiful Makeup Geek pigments that kinda look like SH and ANF. I've heard a lot of good things about them and they're a small fraction of EDES price. But I'm still going to get the cool rose lipstick.

I hate that I love these products so much on the skin but they make me break out so bad

The blushes and Skin Finishes are all a skip for me.

I've branched out from MAC a bit. I'm surprised as I didn't think this would happen so soon! Their collections are too close together and not necessarily top quality. It's annoying as one has to check out swatches, opinions, videos, etc to see what works and what doesn't and sometimes by the time you've figured out what works they're out of stock.
I've noticed other brands have fewer collections but are more rounded (NARS Guy Bourdin for example). I'm finding it more exciting to try stuff from other brands too!
I still think I'll be purchasing loads of MAC stuff but now I think I'll divide my money between MAC and other brands, lol.

Unfortunately I just noticed all of this comments that started here, so I know it being a while ago but I have to come for my defiance... I do my best always to give the credit for the info I post, if I don't put specifically the name it's because I don't know the person's Instagram (so forgive me)but I give credit to Specktra, when people ask where I get it from I respond to them as well. I don't take off watermarks, I creat my own collage so I can put as much pic in one and for that I put my name on it..:with time I understand more about the postings and now when I do put my name I try not to put it on the pic since i didn't take it. I love make up and art is my soul, I'm a peace and love person...so don't judge if u don't know me. I think u need to read more about, what is social network. And if I have blocked u is because u had a hater comment and thank god for specktra I can speak my mind as well.
