I like the lipstick in Morning Rose but I am not sure about the finish. Are the Cremesheen finish lipsticks good? Are they long-lasting?
Cremesheen is my favorite finish (perhaps tied with Amplified, actually), but I've read about others finding it drying. The drawbacks I find personally are that they sink into my lip lines and I need to give them a moment to 'settle' and even out because of that.

Actually, I own the Cremesheen + Pearl finish in terms of the Cremesheen category, so if they're different then I'm sorry x_x. But in case they aren't, I'll also share that I find my cremesheen [+pearl] lipsticks don't last too long, and they are somewhat sheer though definitely buildable (my lips aren't too pigmented so do with that what you will).

What I like about the finish is how glossy it is, and how it feels creamy and on the thicker side on my lips. I find lustres are thinner and amplified less sticky (my two other top/favorite finishes).

I think I'll be skipping "Morning Rose" since I have 3 Cremesheen [+pearl lol] lipsticks already, but you never know.

I prefer Cremesheen's over any other MAC l/s formulas. Not a big fan of MAC lipsticks too be honest. I hate Amplified finishes - they have so much slip and end up all over my face - never had that happen before! I would rather spend less and get Revlon or more and get Chanel to be honest.

I might pick up Superb from this collection. :)

I hate Creemesheens, in my case they settle in lines badly, they make my lips flake and It bunches where my lips meet. For some reason some Creemsheens are worse on me than others, but I won't risk getting more.

Ditto on that. Like I said in the other thread, mattes just look dry when I put in on but Cremesheens (Shy Girl, Lavender Whip etc., Sweet and Sour is the worst!) make my lips all dried up and wrinkley, like it sucks the moisture out.

I do find that this is not true for Prepare for Pleasure which is weird because it felt like a lustre, only a little thicker; was actually comfortable (wore it tonight).

@erine1881 I'm at the end of the road here. Still haven't been able to see the skin stuff (after many failed trips to macys) and now I died my hair bright red lol. So on my nc30 skin which of the skin finishes and blushes would not make me look too red or orangey?....... Everytime i experiment w the hair I freak out figuring out what makeup I can use w the new hair lol.... Any advise?

Red hair is harder to figure out makeup-wise (if you wanna stick to the makeup "rules"). Colours that are more on the warm side such as golds, peaches and corals will flatter your red hair the best. So for the EDSF, Superb and Fairly Precious would be good choices, Autoerotique ED blush, CC lipstick, SH shadow, those type of colours. Does that help?

@mosha010  I can definitely vouch for Superb as an excellent choice in regards of EDSF, it will look so lovely on you! Hope you are enjoying your new red hair!  And thank you Erine for the other recommendations!

Me too! The 159 is my HG highlighter brush. I occasionally reach for others, but nothing works as well for me.

Somehow I am not feeling this collection yet

I have At Dusk and Superb + BUs already and especially At Dusk is gorgeous.

Maybe I just need more swatches....

So far I have only 4 items (2 EDES, 1 fluidline and 1 gloss) on my list and even those are maybies.Really need to see swatches to
make a final decision.
