Hey ive found auctions with boxes with and without windows - i was wondering if one of them is fake?

This product seems like it would be hard to fake, but surely they could just make the size and under colour the same and paint on the effect?

I have to say I'm no expert (but I was watching one of these auctions, lol). But there is a difference between the products anyway. The first is an eyeshadow and the second is a skinfinish. I thought the skinfinishes came without windows just like the beauty powders? And that the e/s do have windows?

if i am not wrong, there are some older MSFs in 'non-windowed' boxes.
PP was re-released in AMUSE, a re-promote from Gold Play. maybe that is why explains the 'older packaging'.

these are all real and like toxic has mentioned I am pretty sure some of the older ones didnt have windows in the boxes.

They all look authentic to me - older releases don't have the windowed-cut out

No, that's not true. The MSFs that were released before Lingerie didn't have windows. I don't know about the older mineralized eyeshadows. But, I am confident that the above linked ebay items are legit.

I have an original Gold deposit and it doesn't ahve the window.

i had an original porcelain pink, without window in the box as well.

I have 2 p/pinks in the exact same packaging (no window but there is a black sheet of paper in the box that wraps around compact)... i would have to agree with the other ladies also i believe that the auction in question is selling an authentic MSF.
