i have a good amount of shadesticks, and i just CANT get over the fact that they arent creamy enough. i warm them in my hands, but i still like paintpots better. i see them as the same, except paintpots go on smoother and more even, imo.

After seeing the newest swatches of Blonde's Gold, I know for sure that one will be mine!

Less than $20? Aren't pigments going up 50 cents on July 1st?

O wait, unless you get a discount then that is a different story. lol

Dang girl, you always have to burst my bubble!

I forgot about that. Ok so $20 plus tax. Still it's only ONE thing from an entire collection!

This one looks ok I guess, though tbh I will need to see it in person. I'd like to a swatch of it next to Jardin Aires and Dazzleray actually

You are right, they probably look similar. I don't have either of those, so I will get it, but for pigment collectors like yourself, it probably has a dupe somewhere

The one I am really anxious for is the turquoise one - hopefully it'll be a very pretty turquoise frost!! Just hoping it isnt too close to teal....???

Isn't the turquoise one the same one in the swatch thread that looks a bit like Deep Blue Green? Or is there another one? You know me and my teal/turquoise!

Oh yes! I'm really hoping these new pigments are "original" looking. I may be in the minority - but I love when MAC brings out stuff that is totally different. I mean, if they're going to make something that is close to a color that exists or has existed, then why go through the effort to re-label? Just re-promote that one! Unless that's another evil plan of theirs to get us to buy more.

Yep, that's the one - Antique Green! There's another "green" one, Vintage Gold, coming out, though.

are you making sure the lids are getting closed all the way. all of mine are super creamy. i've never had any issues with dry shadesticks. everyday i'm at work i have to go thru the shadestick tower and close all the lids cause custies never close them all the way. that may be why yours and everyone elses are drying out.

Hmm, Blonde's Gold looks alright. I wonder how it compares to Stila Wheat (which I love, colour and texture-wise). I don't feel like it's a must-have though. *pats wallet*

Me too panda! Wouldn't it be great if it was like turquoise matte only with frost. I would be on cloud 9!

If it is a true turquoise...I am SCREWED. I like Blonde's Gold, but a question that will probably be answered later: if I have Jardin Aires, do I need Blonde's Gold? I'm not a neutrals girl.
