Wonder when we'll find out about the pigment sets in the Holiday Collection? They're usually pigments from earlier collections though aren't they?

How about a true red frosty pigment with gold reflects?

Yea the mini pigments are always repromotes.I hope that MAC throws in 1 or 2 of the more rare pigments or ones that we don't see all that much.

These neon pigments are fabulous. Have you worked with them?

The pinks, reds and orange make a fantastic blush- seriously- no one can believe they are the neon pigments. I apply them with the 187 brush. And if you mix them down for uses other than blush with other non neon pigments they are subdued.

These are the most versatile thing MAC has come out with in a while.

Kelly is too whitish for my liking. Now, if I mix it with green space on the other hand.......with Chartreuse- OOooo now THERE is a great green waiting to happen.

Hur - according the Tempting site, some of these pigments might be permanent at the Pro shops. WHEW. Please let it be the ones I like!

Im loving antique green the most and it's prob the only one i'll get. Im hoping to get samples of vintage gold, copper beam, and heritage rouge. im not so sure about the others...

i think pigments are way too expensive...of course, one jar of pigment could probably last me for my entire life and could probably be left to my kids and used for their entire lives before it was empty.

i hope somebody will be willing to sell little 1/4 tsp samples of these...especially blonde's gold, that sounds pretty nifty.

Right now I'm only liking vintage gold, antique green and *maybe* museum bronze. I already have mauvement, and the others look similar to eye shadows I either have or want to get.

I know I should just buy samples, but the jars are just so darn pretty in my makeup drawer, and I actually find it reassuring that I will never run out

Yep, samples for me too. Most often, they only time I buy a fullsize jar is if it is a very versatile color like Vanilla, Your Ladyship, Gold Dusk, and Silver Fog. They all go with all color families.

These are great colors, but I can't see myself EVER making any kind of substantial dent in a fullsize jar.

It kills me when people buy full sized jars. You could eat a bowl of pigment for breakfast everyday, then use it on ur eyes and lips and as a nailpolish, and still have enough to last you a lifetime

I save a lot of money buying samples. I havent even gotten through one sample jar yet. for the price of 2 full sized pigments, i can get almost 10 colors...

I did buy some full size jars and ended up selling them, keeping half for myself. Vanilla and Aire-de-Blu are the only full sizes I have and they look untouched, although I use them a lot (especially Vanilla). I always get samples now.

Oh, and I almost forgot to say that in this collection, I LOVE the look of Vintage Gold and Antique Green. They have my name on them!

in reality, the only pigments i've ever finished was naked. i even have backups of my favorites cuz i'm too afraid of losing them (told you i'm "irrational"
