I just saw Magi's swatches, they are gorgeous! Thank you Magi!!

I'm so happy to see Mega Rich is close to Firespot from the Moonbathe-collection! I didn't get Firespot, and I've been regretting it!

Same here. I was so hoping that Bold & Brazen would be more along those lines.

So I thought the release date was Aug. 21, is that still true or they are releasing early without COC?

Okay if Mega Rich IS like Firespot, I can skip it. I rarely reach for Firespot as it is. I'm getting all but Mauvement and Mega Rich. This is the ONLY collection that I am truely excited about. No Ungaro, no Suite (something?), no Manish. Woohoooooo. I'm happy I can pass ALOT of the new collections.

Like everyone else this is the 1st collection in awhile I'm really looking forward to and not just for my buyers but for me too

Sometimes I build my hopes up to high and get disappointed so this time I'm trying not too but with Antique Green it's hard.

Hi

I was at my mac counter @ Macy's. They had a pre-sale on Mac pigments plus COC. I was surprised they had it out so early, copperbeam look very similar to Starflash Glamour check.

I thought Museum Bronze look similar to tea time but a difference colorpay off. Antique Green reminds me of club. Mega-rich doesn't look like firepot to me, it looks similar Bold & Brazen from Starflash. but softer with hint more coral.

My favorite out this collections is Blonde's Gold, Copperbean, Museum Bronze and Heritage Rouge. I am debating on Vintage Green. I am glad I am passing on COC but I am going to get some of the lippies.

Too bad. Maybe I should give B&B another try...

That's too bad Mega Rich doesn't look like Firespot, but it sounds nice anyway! Of course I already got B&B, and I love it! It's such a soft, smooth coppery colour, and it goes with anything! I bought it so that I could skip the chocolate- quad of the CoC, as it seemed very close to Brash. Is B&B close to Brash? (sorry for going outside the overrich-topic)

Ladies and gents, I saw Overrich tonight at the CoC event...

...and I am GRAVELY disappointed. For those of you who hoped that Mega-Rich would be on the orange-y side, I would say that it is Goldmine in pigment form. Still a nice colour but not what I hoped for. Mauvement isn't my favourite. Antique Green is a nice colour but I would never use it-I have Lancome's Montage, which I have used once in my life. Beautiful colour, not for me. Copperbeam and Heritage Rouge are too similar for my liking. The main difference between Heritage Rouge and Royal Flush is that Royal Flush is redder, whereas Heritage Rouge is a maroonish-brown. Didn't get to check out the other two, but I will probably end up passing entirely for now.

Here are my thoughts on overrich:

personally i found the colors to be warm and gorgeous- perfect for fall. The texture on these were creamy with the exception of mauvement. And i also got great color payoff sans base. I like these a lot more than last yrs richmetals, but they still lack the texture i love so much that I find in sweet sienna and pastorale.

Blonde's Gold - One of my favorites of the bunch. This one was a creamy beigey yellow with a touch of pink to it
Antique Green - To me this was like teal meets hunter green. Its a dark rich green with blue notes
Vintage Gold - A medium green with gold flecks. This one is like the color of fall leaves
Museum Bronze - Golden Olive, pretty color but not remarkably unique
Mauvement - Deep Brown with gold flecks. Too chunky for my liking
Mega-Rich - I wasn't seeing this as a dupe for off the radar as this is more yellow orange whereas off the radar was muddier. I also found it a tad more yellow than firespot.
Copperbeam - Deep brown with gold flecks
Heritage Rouge - Another fav of mine. Deep burnt burgundy with a brown tinge to it. Would be amazing with blonde's gold for a perfect summery eye. I imagine it would be a great deep lip color for the fall

Thanks for the summary of what you saw- that sure is helpful for those of us who have no MAC near us and have to depend on other people to be our eyes!

After watching the video and looking at the photos, I am thinking that most of these are just rehashes of previous colors or even current PRO colors, so I doubt I will be wanting any of them beyond a sample perhaps.

I am a die hard pigment fan, but these all look so much like previous colors that it will be a lot easier to not get any.

The only one that I am thinking will be hard to dupe is Vintage Gold, so if I can find a way to get it, I probably will.

Here is what I have gathered from photos and video- tell me if I am way off on any of them, OK?-----------------------------

Blonde's Gold- looks like jardin aires and many other previous lights.

Antique Green looks like a mix of a little light pigment (like a non-chunky Dazzleray, etc), Forest Green, Green, and perhaps a touch of Teal.

Heritage Rouge resembles Maroon and a touch of Accent Red

Museum Bronze seems quite close to Rose Gold Metal Pro

Mega Rich reminds me a lot of previous pumpkin orange gold colors which seem pretty easy to mix.

Copper Beam looks like Copper Pro Metal with perhaps a touch of brown (choc, or mauvement) to give it depth.

Do you mean that Museum Bronze has more color payoff than Tea Time?
I hope so.
I like the color of Tea Time, but found it a little sheer and fly-away.
