I'd like to try Aqua Creams but I get confused witht the eye safe ones. There are products which aren't eye safe in the US but are fine here (like Sleek's Acid palette). How do I know if they are safe according to our guidelines?

i buy mine from guru makeup emporiam and they keep stock of them all. in the uk we are safe to use all of them. it is just #19 the purple that only europe can get for some reason. and i am not sure which are eye or lip safe but the ones i have are all shades for the eyes so that is where i use them

I've been meaning to buy SO forever. I bet it is beautiful with GT.

I just came across something on Karlasugar.net that made me realize I don't necessarily need SO. I forgot I have MAC's Henna e/s and it compares a lot to SO.

i have a silver, gold, purple, green and a turquoise shade i forget the numbers! not sure if pink is eye safe.

Ok, the DO look similar in this picture but there is a huge difference between the two in real life. SO is a duochrome with a really warm orangey-brown base and Henna is just a straight up antiqued gold. On many people it may not make a difference, but on me (pale, neautral-cool) it means that Henna is totally wearable, while SO makes me look rabid. If you have skin with any kind of color though, I can guess that the end result of the 2 would look similar, except that I am pretty sure that you can manipulate SO to become a spectrum of colors (depending on the base color) while Henna will always look pretty much the same.
Not sure if that actually helps anyone or if it was me just getting on my soapbox....

I picked up an Imaginary and Treasure Hunt paint pots. Imaginary is lovely, pictures dont quite do it justice. Lovely midnight purple/blue!

I feel like I should get Treasure hunt to go with my Genuine treasure and Half Wild but I have a big bounce shadow and havent even used 1/10 of it yet so its worrying whether ill even finish it before it goes offf...

wow! i hope you guys all enjoy your paint pots! to buy all of them is so wonderful! i bought the two treasures and pure creation. at first i was going to let hubby keep back some of my haul for birthday gifts. however i have bought only a few things so now paying myself and keeping them now!

I don't know if it's been mentioned yet but Half-Wild is THE perfect base under the purple side of NARS Eurydice. Another great combination for this eyeshadow is Half-Wild and Imaginary mixed together. It brings all the shimmering indigo sparkles of Eurydice out like a dream. Officially in love with PPs

I ended up buying Half-Wild while I was at the mall Sunday. What can I say? I think I bought it just because it was there. All the p/p's were available except Genuine Treasure.

it seems to depend who has swatched it because it looks different on different skin tones to me. sometimes i think it is more golden and others it looks more yellow

mine arrive today and i am very excited to get them!
