yea mine had always said in process even from the first time i pre ordered. Also I believe there has been a time nordstrom had pending charges 3 times before they actually sent out the products. I think just randomly check the authorization to make sure the form of payment is still valid. I won't get excited until I see it actually charged on my card and not saying pending on my card
