MAC Punk Couture Collection (December 26, 2013)

yeah...young gals now dayz.....also kill me wearin their wrong size...with belly hangin over the leggings and showing "camel toe" ..and gaps in legs....and thinking they look sexy.....thats why young girls ...are getting raped and molested by men and teachers /perv....I have a young cousin who's mom let her wear lil short dresses from 4 yrs old til 13 yrs...old....and she was being molested by a friend of her mom's family.....and at the age of 9....she was no longer a virgin.....just sad. ....thats why i never wore dresses or skirts til i was 15-16.....girls got to be careful

Studded Kiss is definitely not orange-y. I love it! TTT and Instigator are VERY similar. I say if you don't have a BU or TTT at all, get it!
I wish PC was more blue, but its still REALLY pretty. I was surprised about how much I like HC, don't know when I'll actually wear it, but I'm happy I have it.

NOW if only I can get my hands on the RIRI items, ugh.
Then all I'll have to worry about is MN.

Ummmm......no. I was assaulted in high school and all I ever wore was jeans and bands t-shirts. It has nothing to do with the clothes you're wearing, it has to do with other people's thought processes and the fact that some people think they are entitled to take what they want when they want it from whoever they want it from. I bet that poor little girl would of been molested dresses or no dresses because that man was just plain sick. You should be showing sympathy, not blaming her for someone else's actions

I say the same thing - especially if she won't know what you went through to pre-order it and how hotly anticipated it is. If she won't faint at getting one of the lippies JUST because it is a Punk Couture lipstick and "get it", get her another one. I mean, I dunno if you are wrong but if you are we all are because a LOT of us would balk at giving one away. I did. My kid said (all after the fact) that she wanted one and I placed another order instead of setting aside my BU for her. I need complete sets, man.

It's NEVER the victims fault. I feel if you knew it was happening you should report it. As I have suspected my parents knew and never did anything. I never said anything. This is the first (except for opening up to a few friends over the years) I am saying it. It has nothing to do with what you wear. I can walk around naked that DOESN'T GIVE ANYONE THE RIGHT TO TOUCH ME!!!! Blaming the victim is the easy way out and it's wrong. Pisses me off, as you can tell and I apologize for my babbling. Unfortunatley there are so many sick, pervert bastards in this world. That is why when I see someone who dresses like MIley or see too much nudity on tv it bothers me. Not because I find the body horrible, but because with so many sickos out there they start believing if a woman dresses a certain way or is "acting" on a show, it's not "acting" and they can just take advantage of anyone for that reason. I know it's sick the way I think sometimes, but this is what happens when you are assaulted, sexually abused and feel ashamed growing up. Huggies to all my peeps.

Exactly! If I want to prance around the streets in my damn underwear, that should be my right and it does NOT by any means give you the right to lay a damn hand on me or anyone else for that matter! I understand why it pisses you off because it pisses me off as well when people have the nerve to try and act like someone who is a victim of a violent act was at fault because they were wearing the wrong thing. Woman have been raped for centuries, those long dresses and petticoats didn't stop anybody which just makes it even more ridiculous to say because someone is wearing hot pants and a tank top they deserve to be attacked and got what they had coming. I read a story a few months ago about a man who got off a murder charge because he killed a prostitute who decided she didn't want to sleep with him. The courts actually let him off because she stole his property. How was HER BODY his property? Rape and other forms of sexual assault have sadly been passed off as minimal offenses in this country, too much blame is being taken off the offender and tossed onto the victim and it's wrong. I'm sorry you had to go through what you had to go through and that you had no one to turn to during that time.

I'm really torn on the CSGs, I think they're really pretty but I'm not a huge gloss person anymore and I don't want them to go to waste. I have both TTT and FOD and TTT is very berry on me while FOD has a lot of brown when I wear it. I already grabbed Hautecore, so my PC list is the other 3 lippies and MAYBE the quad.

The Revlon one is crazy to find. I'm not usually a Revlon fan, but the balm/stains are really nice. I try to stay away from brands that test on animals (so no drugstore brands for the most part), but with the China restrictions it's getting harder. I hope you can fly under the radar. This collection would be a wonderful gift.

It's so hard to tell now when a brand is on the "guilty" list if they truly are guilty. MAC is on the guilty list, but they aren't really guilty. They're only on the list because of China's laws. So if another brand, including drugstore brands, is on the list, do they really test, or is it just because they sell their products in China? But PETA murders animals, so they really don't have room to talk, but that's a whole other matter...

Sorry to hear that Naomi I've been down that road too unfortunately and I agree with everything your saying. I just think she worded everything incorrectly. Goodness gracious SMDH! I do think specific articles of clothing should be age appropriate or more modest when it comes to children but times/ fashions are changing and everyone's different. You don't blame or find fault in the victim with these situations that's for sure! *sorry to bring it up she bugs me too lol. On to the lipsticks*
