MAC Punk Couture Collection (December 26, 2013)

Merry Christmas! I received my Studded Kiss and Cremesheens yesterday. Studded Kiss is disappointing. It's just ok on me. Nothing amazing. But I sort of expected that when it was being compared to Just A Bite. Just A Bite only looks ok on me, too. Glad I went with my gut and didn't order a BU. I like the Cremesheens, but I wish they were more opaque like past colors. Especially No Apologies. That color would be amazing if it was more opaque. I cant wait to try the other lipsticks when they get here. I plan to pair Punk Couture with my Hi-Def Cyan chromagraphic pencil, but I'll also test out my other MAC and NYX pencils with it. I don't have Rich Purple. I'm adding it to my to-buy list. I saw a post asking how to use Stone lip pencil. I use it more as a neautralizer or to give a color a more cooler tone. It appears grey with a light purple tint on me.

The national commercials that they are running says that they are opening at 6 so I imagine that most if not all will be opening at 6am

Ah I have no idea what time my mac store is opening I should've called I looked at other non mac stores close to it and they were opening at 10am if there's any toronto girls or guys who have any idea on store opening pls pls let me know!

I was a little meh about SK when I tried it alone, but then when I put the black gloss over it

It really looked extra beautiful then. Then I had to get one, but I didn't BU.
Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a shot. My lipstick stash is out of control, so I'm making an effort to be more picky. I need my lipsticks to look good without having to be manipulated. Studded Kiss is still nice, so I'll keep it.

They r not secretive at all they always said the 26th everyone thinks it may come earlier but it prob would b when they say

Can someone explain to me why Mac is so secretive about the releases date of thier collection ? I don't get why they can just say were releasing at this time on this day.
