MAC Punk Couture Collection (December 26, 2013)

I know this is OT, but I am so frustrated with MAC right now.  I remember someone on here mentioning that they had MAC correct an error regarding her pro discount not being applied to her Punk Couture order; that she called and they corrected it.  Well, I am sitting here on the phone with a rep from MAC Pro.  She is telling me that the ONLY thing from the Punk Couture Collection that is available for a pro discount is Hautecore. Give me a break!  It's really something how they pick and choose what will and will not be applicable for a pro discount within a collection  (without special packaging, I might add) without so much as a notation of any kind that this collection is not pro discount eligible, really has me steaming under the collar.   They are starting to remind me of a slimy used car salesman with rather questionable ethics.  I feel as if I have, in a way, been involved in a bait and switch!  I ended the conversation with the rep by saying that although she herself was very polite, I once again did not feel valued as a longstanding MAC customer at all.  Here we go, once again.   hboy: [/quote So sorry your going thru this. I can't wait to get mine to compare them, though I'm pretty sure Instigator will end up being the winner since TTT is such a pain in the bum to work with. Such a shame being it's such a lovely colour.

Pleasure Bomb, Ronnie Red 2nd fave I didn't buy too many MAC lipsticks this year. Just being more thoughtful about my purchases.

I don't see many post about the glosses. I bought jet boy and have no idea why. It's so sheer. Might take it back!

I grabbed Jet Boy. It's sheer, but the gold glitter looks amazing over other lipsticks, stains and on my pigmented lips. I like the olive green look of it. If anyone has Firm Form, try Jet Boy over it. I'm sure it will be amazing. It's the perfect addition to anyone's NYE lip color.

I think once you sign in or put your information in it changes to the correct currency. I usually changes for me if I some how end up on the American site.
