OMG you guys will love this - I just called mac cs again & flat out told them that they are getting a major black eye from their loyal customer base online - I said they are pissed off at the delay. I also told her that people have to work & other things to do than to just sit & wait for them to jerk us around on the launch time - & please pass this along to the hire ups so they know.

This is one of the many reasons my torrid MAC affair is cooling (and let me tell ya I have been an unfaithful makeup trollop lately

). I am not swearing off of MAC entirely but I am not spending nearly as much as I used to even a year ago.

Exactly! its driving me nuts. I called mac cs again & seriously - they really don't care - how sad. They have no idea, just sometime today. So I told her, well the shipping will be later because if its after noon, it gets delayed another day. They're stupid how they jerk their customer base around.

Macy's offers free shipping on orders $50 or more. Which shouldn't be too hard when ordering MAC stuff.

What's the shipping time for Macy's? I've never ordered online from them.

I am only getting three things from Quite cute but I am sick of singing "Born this Way" in my head everytime I look on the site. Enough already.

@urbansweetheart- I ordered makeup from the Venomous Villains collection from Macy's online, and everything arrived perfectly. The items arrived quickly too. I received them in about 2 days I believe. I'm not sure if shipping is quicker from MAC or Macy's though. I usually just order from MAC because of the free shipping codes that are always floating around.

I wish with all of MAC's whackado behavior I could quit them but it hasn't happened yet. The new collection all the time for me is the new factor when other brands release seasonally my inclination is what's new all the time even in off months.

Ladies, I gave in! I called MAC cs and asked when the collection is coming up "Sometime today or tomorrow?" Really???? She said they are taking telephone orders now so I did: damage = all three blushes, in synch/naked, CYY and give me sun!

you're welcome. & i know what you mean. I ordered a lot with the Venomous Villains, and I only kept two things (Violetta & Cajun Magically Cool Powder)! I wasn't impressed with anything else that I got. I love the My Highland Honey blush that I got with A Tartan Tale. I skipped out on the collections after that except for grabbing a cremeblend blush and sheen surpreme lipstick, but those are permanent and don't really count. After this collection, I'm pretty fed up with MAC. It seems like they are concerned about their loyal customers at all right now.

I think they may figure they have us all no matter what so they'll just treat us however they wish and we'll deal. I can't stand them right now and I don't even wanna order anything from this collection. It's just frustration over this whole not together thing. I mean, what in the world is going on?

Well I have been stalking the website off and on since around 4 pm PST yesterday and I am done. I am not giving up my valuable day off to stare at the computer. I have things to do. So I am sure the second I walk out the door the damn thing will go up.

I do find this delay odd though. This is a small collection pretty much under the radar to everyone except the loyal masses. WW went online a full 24 hours before it was "supposed to". What's up with that?
