MAC Quite Cute Discussion

I am itching to get Sakura. The only other blushes I own are Azalea Blossom and some MUFE stuff. Cold pink, Lilac & purplish blushes work on me because the undertone in my skin is blue rather than yellow or pink. Sakura looks like it will be perfect for me.

I guess I'll get playtime even if it does look sheer. Hrm, I wonder what playtime layered over CYY would look like?

oohh ure the same skin tone as i am right? tell me how sakura looks on ur skin.. temptalia gave it a bad review so i took it off my list! this collection only reaches here in the second wk of april..

I'm about NC35. I'll let you know about Sakura my order hasn't been despatched yet I'll hopefully get it on thursday or friday

I saw the review on temptalia but I saw Karen wearing it on makeupandbeautyblog and it looked pretty

I've only ordered Giggly for now and shall wait for the collection to be in store before I decide on any of the lipsticks. I've decided to skip the quad as I don't think it would work for me and will get the lip liners at a later date seeing as they'll be permanent.

and i actually want the blush to pull a bit more purple! but i think that it will actually be quite pink when worn. that will overpower the lavender.

I haven't had a dispatch email either from my quite cute order or the pro palette i ordered on saturday, normally i get them within a day or two

my past mac orders have arrived anywhere between 11 and 5pm, im always worried I'll miss them

I ordered Play Time - it looks so pretty when swatched! Should get it sometime during this week. To me Playing Koi looks better in the tube than on the lips - which is a shame because the tube colour is soo pretty!

I love nude lips... Do I need both In Synch & Naked lip pencil or one or the other is good enough? Thanks ladies..

It depends. In Synch is very very cool toned light pink and the other is a pale light skintone. If you wear lots of pink lipsticks, in synch is nice, but its not nude. In synch under a nude lippie will turn it more pink toned. Naked is a true nude and goes great with anything light. They are both great if you have pigmented lips and cannot wear say, creme d'nude by itself like me. Naked helps with the blue concealer lips. For me, they are both different, so I'd need both. I wear In synch with gaga, cream cup, etc. I wear naked with 3N, creme d'nude, etc

Yep!I'm going to take them both too...I would also wear them alone all over the lips! In my opinion in synch is a salmon/warm pink!

Playing koi looks a peach/salmon color to me! I'm excited to see how it looks on my lips.. I wasn't into nude at all since I've bought VG Gaga 2!

I'm definitely buying all the lipsticks except Playtime. That's pretty much all I want in this collection, I'm excited!
