It is sooo funny to me how people can be such makeup snobs. I can see the problem with wearing either black or super loud colors but some of those shades you mentioned to me aren't cause for concern. LOL

Why are folks scared of red lipstick I will never know.

Yeah I hate Ablaze... The only reason I kept it is because I was too lazy to send it back, and I like to mix it with some of my pinks to make them more coral. I wouldn't dare wear it alone without tons of liner lol.

That's what my calendar says, but unfortunately the answer to that question could be a yes or no depending on your gender, ethnicity, educational level, and/or profession... When I'm on a client it could be anywhere from 1965-current year depending on who I'm talking to lol... I once briefly worked with a 70-something year old that gave me the stink eye every time I came into the office with my huge textured hair and slim cut slacks. He may or may not have mistaken my hair for an afro and thought I was militant because I spoke up during meetings lol... The fact that he was even still avoiding forced retirement at his age baffled me. Matter of fact I should have taken some notes on that lol, his pension is going to be RIDIC.

I am so excited for the eye shadows!? I'm kind of in shock that I'm most excited about eye shadows instead of the lipsticks! TT is the only one that gets me hot and bothered. Lustres just don't do it for me. Red eyeshadow- get on my eyelids!!

Well I was all excited for TT but...I have Ablaze and damn they look identical! Definitely interested in some of the shadows and the BP. I love my Sugarpill red shadow, but could add another, give me fire and red alert sound pretty too.

I hate to say it but I'm skipping every release in between now and December and trolling mac stores and online for tt. I will get the eye shadows and beauty powder... but like at least 6 or 7 of this color for my stash. I could have kicked myself and jumped off a roof for only getting one TT during VV collection. Especially after I put it on and realized it was NOT a scary color

All I can say is thank goodness I live in NY. I don't know if I could even survive in a super uber overly conservative area..

Yeah, certain parts of Texas are absolutely ridiculous. But I live in Houston, which is a super melting pot to me, so I get confused when people try to act all conservative about certain things.

sometimes when I travel out to East or West TX and some of the North areas I'm just shocked at how conservative lots of them are out there. Even San Antonio is pretty conservative compared to Austin or Houston.
