Yes, yes you dodo i really need both blushes?!?!?!?
I feel ya! I just moved into my second apartment a couple months ago. The rents a bit more expensive now and I can't go crazy with collections especially right now. I may just have to live vicariously through your DG pics for now because I don't think I'll be able to get anything this time around. Unless I can make it to the store next time around.I can't indulge in this collection so much anymore because I will be moving into my very own first place tomorrow. I should be more excited about this, yet I'm thinking "Now, I can't buy much MAC anymore." I have issues that I'm sure you all understand, lol.
Maybe I can get a lipstick?
I must live vicariously through your hauls on this one.
I understand where you are coming from, and to me at least... it didn't read like you were being careless or suggesting on buying vicariously for the hell of it. I hate returning makeup therefore I'll rather give it to someone or keep it for future swaps in case I miss out on something in the future, but that's just my preference. I usually do my research before purchasing because I don't support makeup going to waste and quite frankly I hate wasting my time afterwards if the product didn't work out. The truth is that with hyped collections like this one and with a makeup brand that can't even label their own product correctly (Lourenco collection), ship out the the right product (Proenza), or fill their demand...well its understandable. Personally I despise going to in store launches with big collections like these. Women acting like animals just to get to the display and usually no time to even swatch anything before things start selling out because ppl are grabbing 4 of everything or because they have poor stock like it happened with Rihanna at some stores...well no thank you. With a company that does such poor business can you blame customers for being cautious and paranoid? And that's assuming you live close to a Mac store. I live in Cali and don't have a problem with that but my sister lives in Memphis and all she has is a sad Macy's counter 30 minutes away. I think that if all Mac stores allowed the general public to get to the testers before collections launched it would diminish this problem quite a bit. And with this I don't mean to defend those that just buy everything for the sake of reviews and popularity. It was not my intent to ruffle any feathers over what I thought was an innocent suggestion. I definitely would've appreciated polite feedback or alternate suggestions rather than the slightly demeaning responses.
There's never a set time with mac releasing their collections. AA launched around 8:30? AM EST ( can't remember exactly ) while Pedro launched around 6 AM EST.Sorry if this has already been answered, 300 and some odd pages is a lot to go through! Does anyone know what time MAC releases their collections online? I usually shop in store for launches like this, its my first time ordering online. I've also read some places that MAC will be releasing this online the 2nd?
There's no set time--also, the search feature on Specktra works really well. I know searches don't work on all message board sites, but this one does.Sorry if this has already been answered, 300 and some odd pages is a lot to go through! The times are always random, that's why we STALK, STALK, STALK lol if you want your items, definitely try to set your alarm clock thru out the night or keep checking or stay up. Once it releases, you never know what will sell out first. Hope this helps.Sorry if this has already been answered, 300 and some odd pages is a lot to go through!
