They aren't even close :nope:You ladies look great rocking your goodies! Any of you NC35 buy Cheeky Bugger? I love how it looks but I'm unsure it's going to show up on me. Also, does Dodgy Girl compare to OCC's Rollergirl liptair? I love how DG looks but I'm not going to bother since I just bought Rollergirl. I'll be heading to my counter tomorrow to check everything out in person.
Mine come today!Anyone get their goodies today?
I love the PP formula too. Yes, it's not longwearing, but that the finish feels amazing on the lips.I just received my order - I love all three items. Ruby is perfect (a slightly redder version of what I was looking for from Mystical) and I really like French Kiss. I primarily wore mattes and satins for close to twenty years, but in the last couple of years (as I've gotten older) I've started to prefer Cremesheens and CSGs. This year I discovered Huggables and now Patentpolish. Now that I'm edging into my late 40s, I think I look better in sheerer finishes. I'll always love a red power lip (been my signature look for 30 years), but I now find a lot of dark shades or heavy finishes to be aging. A sheerer, moister finish is much more flattering on me.
I started migrating to CSGs but now hardly touch them; what I was really looking for without knowing it was a Huggable/Patentpolish finish. I have a couple of the Tarte Lipsurgence and I like those a lot too. Now…what to do with the 8 untouched CSGs in my fridge...
YES! I love love love the PatentpolishI love the PP formula too. Yes, it's not longwearing, but that the finish feels amazing on the lips.
What a coincidence. Me too.YES! I love love love the PatentpolishI've been hoarding them
I think you wear RH and SP better than I do! They are definitely outside my comfort zone. I'm going to keep trying to make them work. Here are some quick swatches. Please excuse my no makeup tired teacher face. I really love KYY! It's not neon ugly like CYY. It also left a stain on my lips behind. I rubbed my lips so hard that now it hurts. lol I really like DG also! Those are my 2 favorites. As far as SP and RH. I really want to like them but they make me look like this. :wtf2: I will try again and see how they look with a full face. If not I will end up selling them when I get my replacement RH. BTW I'm 3.0 in Mac MM foundation. I think that's about NC30-35?
So pretty and feminine!
I have to say... I am amazed at how well you made this work. Even with my fair skin I can only barely pull it off, I think. You picked the perfect liner combo for you.SP + cork liner
It looks fantastic!OMG PEOPLEEEE.. I was sure DG wouldn't work for me Because I am pretty fair... but ordered it anyway.... ITS FREAKING AMAZING!!!!!!!! Best item of all the things
Yay sista! :nanas:They aren't even close :nope: Mine come today!
Still looks good .. Hoping it will end up at my CCO cause the last time I bought a quad from mac was the Rihanna one and it's collecting dust but I love purple shadowsHere are swatches of both eye quads on my nw20 skin. Pigmentation isn't the best, and the darkest matte shades in both quads are pretty chalky.I used Bloody Brilliant today, using all four colors. They all seemd to apply better over a primer with a brush than they did just swatching with my fingers. My eyeliner is all jacked up today, so please no judgementAll in all, the packaging is beautiful but I feel like I've had better quality product for less money before. I haven't used Sharon's quad yet, though, so it may blow me away.

Dodgy girl leaves a stain on my lips!! Yesterday when I did swatches on my hand it left a stain that I still have lolI think KYY stains more than any other lipstick I own! I gotta say, though... the stain it leaves behind is pretty!
