Mmm, I love my new Pettioat. Finally I've got one with less veins - just perfect for me! Oh, I picked up last one from the store... Luuucky

Also I like Silver Aura a lot. It's a very nice highlighter, silvery pink. Now I'm thinking about bronzed one...

I (finally) got my package in the mail!! Just petticoat & so ceylon for me (student and all)... and i am IN LOVE WITH SO CEYLON!
I'm NW15 for reference and so ceylon is the most beautiful rosey/bronze blush ... i love it! It's not chunky or glittery or even too shimmery, but applied & buffed w/ the 181 it's literally the perfect glow!

... and I hate to be the dissenter about petticoat, but it really just doesn't work on me... it emphasizes my pores & has too metallic of a sheen - maybe just the reddish undertones don't work with my skintone, but I don't know.. it just looks awful on me (just like light flush).. boo!

Perhaps it will be back in about six months?

I believe my absolute favourite has to be Love Thing. Sooo pretty.

My favorite is danity which is strange because it doesn't even look like a blush I would normally go towards at all. A close second would be gentle.

Ha! Those are two of the three I don't have (the third being Love Joy).

Wow I didn't realize that you had all but three!

I still can't get into Love Thing. Even with the 187 or 188 it still doesn't do much for me.

I would say go for So Ceylon. This is more bronze than Gold Deposit. Gold Deposit is more golden.

I'd maybe get another one just to be sure. I use my MSF natural everyday and although I use more of it as it covers my whole face it probably only lasts 5 months or so for me. I can imagine a coloured MSF lasting perhaps 7/8+ months - maybe longer. I'm yet to use one up but I'm not wearing mine a lot.

Ohhh, I looove the colour. It's just so pretty! I've nabbed all my MBs from the clearance bin, teeheee. I saw Dainty in there the other day, but didn't go for it because the Canadian dollar has dropped so much.

You can also see my MBs in a photo all their own in my recently-posted collection thread in the traincase.

So Ceylon, for sure. Gold Deposit is much more glittery and bleh. So Ceylon is prettier, if you ask me!!

The reddish undertones don't work for me either. It's much to red to be raspberry. Which is sad, I wanted raspberry!

So I picked up So Ceylon this week (thanks to Sanayhs!) and must say that I actually LOVE this MSF!!! I don't think this would be dark at all for any complexion if the 187 or 188 is used to apply it, because it can be applied very sheer. I used it as a blush and used my 188 and built it up until I had a nice rosy bronze glow on my cheeks. I do recommend this. Now I just need to try my Petticoat!

Hurray!!! I'm glad you're enjoying it. And yes, I agree - I don't think any complexion is too pale for So Ceylon, since I can wear it at paler than NW15. It's one of the few things that is bronzey but not orange on my skin. PALE GIRLS SHOULD HAVE THIS AS WELL AS NOT SO PALE GIRLS!

Is silver aura comparable to Dancing Light beauty powder/loose that came out with Off Beauty last year?

I think the BP Loose are a bit finer.

Silver Aura - Muted pinky beige with silver shimmer (Frost)

Dancing Light (Pro) - Creamy gold with white gold reflects.

I ordered Petticoat yesterday. I couldn't decide between Petticoat and So Ceylon, but I chose Petticoat because it's pink, and I don't have any powders/blush that are pink. I've never tried a MSF before, but if I like it, I'll buy So Ceylon with my next haul.

Has anyone tried the Sheer Bronze loose powder?? I'm looking for a nice bronzer and have my eye on that.
