The exfoliator I know some people use it on average once a week...but for the thermal mask, is it more of a daily thing? or weekly?

I am gonna just do a swoop in and grab on Thursday morning....she will not ring me up til I get there ...But I had everything put to the side today when I went in...some extra stuff that I will probably leave out..but I wanted it held just in case
