I know, that's why I thought I should post the ingredients. It's frustrating that some Mac products you can find clones of in the EL line (like the shadesticks and paint pots) while others might seem like dupes and are not a bit alike. So Polished isn't a bad product, but it doesn't seem to have as much volcanic ash as the VAE does. I don't think it is as effective as the VAE either.

I NEVER said I bought 9 that was Erine...I am not quite that bad I have 6 *cough* I told ya I was dragged in a drugged somehow and forced by gunpoint...I don't know How I got so weak...between VAE and BJ skincare I have exfoliators coming out of my ass literally!!!!!!

No problem, just store them in a cool, dry and dark place and they should last for quite a while. The nice thing about the VAE is that I see glycols, but not lots of oils in it, which have a tendency to go south (rancid) more quickly than glycol additives.

This is EXACTLY what I wanted to hear. My skin has been getting somewhat dry sometimes and I wanted to know if it was drying to the skin. But you're saying its actually moisturizing? thats great

I haven't bought MAC in two to three months, but I am happy to say this collection (and dazzleglass cremes) pulled me back in. I am loving everything! Especially the shadows and the greasepaint stick. I have to get the greasepaint sticks from DSquared2 too.

I bought both the mask and exfoliator (only 1 of each..lol!), and I can't wait to try them!

Are the gimmerglasses neat? I didn't get any but I'm going to call my counter tomorrow so they can hold some for me.

Wow! it's so nice to be back to buying MAC. Did I miss any must haves in the last two to three months? I did go back and pick up the photo realism quad.

Greasepaint Stick Story!!

The hubby and I are huge football fans (pro and college) and we go to game parties/tailgate every weekend during the season. We get all dolled up in our team jerseys, warm-up suits, socks, earrings, face paint...you get the idea. Normally I use a cheapo black eyeliner to recreate those black face paint marks under the eyes that players wear, but this past weekend I was feeling a bit more diva and that just wouldn't do!

So instead I decided to go full on glam. I used my GPS as a base and applied Young Punk on top. Oh yeah, it was so gloriously glittery and FAB! After hours of serious wear and tear, nothing moved...at all!!! Conclusion, I love this product.

Side Note: My husband was totally jealous...I made him use the crappy old eyeliner.

just called my local mac counter in Dublin and their lauching SB with dsquared2 on thursday. Its all too much for me, I promised i'd go swimming with my BF after work. I can go on Friday but for some reason I'm afraid they'll run out(they never do in 24hrs) and also i feel i need it NOW.

So do i
a) weasel my way out of swimming
b) hold tight till Friday(maybe the MA will put the stuff aside for me)
c) the counter is about half an hour from work(public transport) so i could go during lunch, but risk panicking from lack of time and buying the lot.

Unfortunatley they will I left the lid off mine all night and my room isnt hot or too cold or anything like that and when I went to use it, it worked like my shadestick so make sure you keep your lid on your product it will dry out once I warmed it up a bit it worked but didnt go on nearly as smooth as it did prior to my uncapped incident.

BTW my older brother came over he helped me do my vanity and I finally packed all my stuff in it a little over a week ago and I showed his wife the stuff I got from style black. My brother heard me talking about the GPS. He told me if I want some grease for on my eyes he had some in the garage that didnt cost 17.50. He always picks on me he knows I like coach too he told me one day he was going to throw all my coach's in the road and cause a pile up.
