I found another dupe of Gilt By Association: L'Oreal HIP eyeshadow duo in Gilded. I'm concerned that I may actually like it better....shhh! Let's not spread this around.

Still no style black MES at my CCO. I am hoping they get them in on their next shipment which may be next week...

I am thinking about getting some of those greasestick thingies. If its gel-like consistency eyeliner/eyeshadow and a pencil, it could be newly found love.

Sigh... We don't have CCOs in Canada, which is too bad for me because I'd loooooovvve to get my hands on Midnight Media. I've managed to track down everything else that I missed and wanted, but that one continues to elude me.

If anyone does see one at a CCO in the States, remember that you have a little specktra friend north of the border who will happily pay you back plus shipping for this little delicacy...

seeing as it's been so dark and rainy in the uk lately, i shall start to do lots of smokey eyes and darker looks, with the odd bright eye to cheer me up mid week!

i'm a little sad about them being so similar, considering they each come with a NEW & even more beautiful shade.....

yp and bf were the 2 style black MES i bought, but don't think i'll be able to pass on the VV MES either

i've actually made a dent in my blue flame - gotten down to a new layer where the striations are changing around!

i love it over the DSquared blue greasepaint stick - add bright red lips and vavoom

Did any of you purchase Bat Black CCB?

What do you do/wear with it?

How do you use it?

I usually wear it as a base for Young Punk.

Thanks!

I swear, next to the MSFs in general, Style Black was one of my ab. fav. collections from MAC!

i didn't buy bat black. it looks awesome and i think it is a pro product so you can buy it at any time. however ccb's crease on my eyes even when i use a primer. and due to the colour that would be the only place that i would use this product.

I passed on Bat Black, but I did get the Black CCB, which I believe was LE with this one. I love that it's a greasy, oily looking black, but it creases like the dickens. I prefer using the greasepaint sticks as a base for the MES from this collection, but once in a while I like just using Black CCB for a really destroyed, Mad Max type look.

I used to wear Bronze CCB all of the time and loved it!

Now its PRO only and I haven't had the opportunity to get my hands on it - I haven't been to the PRO store in NYC yet - haven't been to NYC in ages as well.

I have the black greasepaint stick as well but I really want to get some usage out of the Bat Black.

IT is such a gorgeous color.

I passed on the Black CCB because of the gps.

Liba,

how do you use the black ccb?

Thanks.

I loved the color, but it creased so bad on me. I was thinking about getting it for my cheeks and maybe contouring since I have seen it at the CCO lately.

As a matter of fact, isn't that sheer crease-y look on the eyes in for F/W trend this year? I may have to re-think this for real! Maybe it would work with a primer, then and an e/s like sketch over the primer. then bat black. Its a gorg. color.
