I have been so stingy with using the one in Heatherette packaging because I never ever wanted to run out of it. Its so friggin unique it warrants a back up. I'm just saying.... putting it out there...

I just placed my order, and now I'm kinda regretting not grabbing Lollipop Lovin. I do have enough to B2M for it, so I might have to do that on Thursday...I haven't made a big dent in my Heatherette one, but that's just because I really didn't wanna run out of it

But I controlled myself and just got Perfect Topping, Bubbles, and Saint Germain. I can't wait til the little black box arrives!!!

recently on her blog, karla sugar said the MSFs were really shimmery/glittery compared to the grand duo blushes. do you guys think this is true? I'm ok with shimmer.. but I'm scared of the glitter bomb effect =/

btw I'm going to try greenstroke with solar white. sounds interesting. I've always used solar white as a highlight. Solar white = love.

I think the reviewers here said the MSFs have a nice texture... And no glitter bomb effect.

I just dropped $60 at Lush...because of my "pre-shopping-haul" syndrome I have before every collection I want

So I went to my MAC hoping to see if my MA was there and she was

I got a peak of the collection today (hoping to cut down my list lolz)

Not getting Bubbles anymore because I personally don't like the effect when I tried it alone (my MA allowed me to swatch them early because the store = empty

) But I couldn't actually buy them yet because they had to 'release' them on Thursday. I guess Bubbles would look good on top of a dark colour or an unique colour (lavender whip). But by itself? Lolz I'm not a fan but maybe you girls might love it.

Lollipop lovin = coral/pink colour. (Lolz but it looks like every other l/s I have because i'm into these kind of colour

) I might pick it up if I love it enough because I'm still deciding on it.

Sugarshot = I was hoping for a dupe for my Shiseido. Came close in person but wasn't close enough lolz therefore...moving onto Lemon Chiffon...

Lemon Chiffon = WAY more of a yellow tone IMO? compared to Sugarshot. Getting this instead lolz (Easier for me anyway because I could apply it at school w/o a brush

)

Also checked out the items that were not on my list...

Glosses = Looks awesome, damn sheer IMO but I guess it's good to look at. More pigmented than HK though lolz

MSF = Refined is a lot more pigmented than Perfect Topping. IMO Perfect topping = Moon River minus some of the sparkles

N/L = Peppermint Patti: It's dupable with OPI IMO with Get in Lime if you mix a tad of white polish and a drop of light yellow because the MAC is more...warmer than OPI? (I had my manicure so I couldn't swatch on my nails lolz I'm just eyeing it from a piece of tape)

Aquavert: Just as I thought, near Juxt. I applied a sheer highlight colour over Juxt and I got Aquavert lolz. I didn't check which colour I used but it was just a random highlight colour. Either the MAC store had the lighting odd or I was able to dupe the Aquavert. (I like to dupe colours

)

St.Germain: I only can pull it off if I got a gloss over it to tone it down. Lolz.


I can't remember too much but that's all I can recall. But yes, my list is cut down a lot hahah!! Thanks for not getting Bubbles

But I'm sure you all can pull it off. I couldn't wear it alone.

Edit: Forgot to mention. My lips weren't dry when I tried Bubbles but it made me look like a had flakey lips

I have both, pale as I am (NC15), I needed some contour to wear Perfect Topping. But Refined really shows up on me, I used the 181 buffer brush, but I will switch to a less dense brush so it goes on less pigmented.

I just noticed today that this collection is out now, so here's what I'm thinking of getting:

Eyeshadow => Aquavert, Dear Cupcske, Stars n' Rockets

Nails => Peppermint Patti (possibly Seasonal Peach - I'm not sure yet)

Lips => Saint Germaine

I agree that we had so much fun on Specktra around this time last year from the Susanne's thong, dazzleglass bimbos, heatherette, etc. I miss that and I am glad to know that I am not the only one.
