MAC - Sugar Sweet Discussion

You know it's really odd that some collections which are a hit in other countries don't make it to some countries
Isn't MAC supposed to be for all Ages, All races, All Gender???
By excluding certain countries for certain collections ain't they going against their own policy??
Or what i can think of is because the management feels that the market is not big enough for the collection and hence they don't bring it in??
But even if the market is not big enough, they should still bring in the collection albeit in lesser quantities.
It really sucks to have something not brought in.
The same thing happened to Alpha girl beauty powder and Don't be Shy blush which wasn't brought in to the regular mac counters in my country.
The only place which brought in the items were the DFS MAC store which was under the travel and retail management.
I've totally no clue as to how the management of MAC decides wht to bring in and what not to...
Anyway i only bought Perfect topping and Refined msf from this collection. Both msfs are beautiful. The lipglosses didn't impress me and i'm not a fan of shadesticks. I personally prefer the Grand duo collection overall.

Even if their reason would be to make collections or single items (RR quad) super exclusive especially for the MAC addicts, that know about it a longer time and so can manage to get their hands on the crazy limited products - this reason is a double edged sword.
Companies do like to expand so they should know that with every collection there are more MAC addicts interested in it and because of the limited access and stock more people will be disappointed. And they are not only disappointed because they didn't get everything they wanted.. they are disappointed in the brand.

I had posted earlier that Nordstrom Brea Mall was having a Style Warriors launch party 5/15 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm., but it appears that most of the Nordstroms are. Montclair, Cerritos, Brea, South Bay Galleria, Santa Ana, South Coast Plaza, Riverside, etc. So call your local Nordstom.

Would PT make a more neutral highlighter than Refined? Because Refined seems to be 100% warm-toned whereas PT has a mixture of both warm and cool colors.
I'm thinking of giving one to my friend as a birthday gift, so I want one that she can wear with any blush color.

Yes, Def. PT is more neutral, although refined is very subtley warm! They are both very very sheer and can be used on cool and warm toned people.
They both can be worn with any blush color, they are both sheer enough!

To be honest, PT confuses me... One minute I think it's cool then another it looks peachy. I think this is the reason I havent worn it much - it confuses me...

I finally received my my lollipop loving and aquavert I` m very nice surprised by the lipstick because my lips are mauve pigmented and after reading all the stories about the little pay off I was a little worried. It swatched poor on the hand but it looks great on lips, nice glaze and you can see the green shine in it, perfect for summer, love it. Aquavert it`s nice but didn`t find it "that" special among my other greens, my no 1 green remains eyepopping
