How about Spanx? I wear those suckers to keep EVERYTHING tucked in. Oh, and tights, and leggings all under my pants. Then there is the bra, camisole, short sleeve t-neck, long sleeve t-neck. Not a blob out of place!

First time I wore them though, imagine my shock- they are strategically cut. Ladies who have worn them, you know what I mean

Spanx are the bomb. However, I must say that you want to set aside a good half an hour to tuck all the fat from your waist in so it is properly suctioned in place if you are overweight like me. Also, be prepared to sweat during your first application of spanx. On me, it's like stretching a skull cap over a cow.

No no no! The size of mine didn't increase, they're still the same... just not quite where they used to be!!! It's all worth it though, and yes, there is always the option of surgery. The way I see it, if one decides to have a surgery after having kids, it shouldn't be considered as surgical enhancement, more a case of surgical repair!

I've been wanting to ask on here about Spanx, and apparently I've found the right thread to do it in! lol

Mainly: where is the cheapest place to buy them? If I do Ebay am I going to get some 'knockoff' version that doesn't work as well? And any tips about how sizing runs? Im a n00b and I want these in my life!

I could only wear that many layers if I lived in the bloody arctic tundra!

On another, actually related-to-the-thread note, I got aquavert today. I like it. It's quite pretty. Very pale, but pretty.

I bought mine on Nordstrom.com, if any other dept stores online sell them you could probably buy them at a time when they have a coupon code(same for in store coupons)

A good place to get spanx is Nordstroms (like said above) or QVC. Sometimes QVC has really good easy pay deals. Also if you are plus sized you can get them at Lane Bryant. Target also has a brand of Spanx by the same lady who created them that is a bit chaper. Can you tell I like my Spanx!?!

Brooke, you can also find them in nordstrom and saks outlets. Neiman outlets too.

I have gotten great deals :-D

Sizing is pretty accurate. i get the smallest size, and they are perfect. They def run tight intentionally, and even I have to squeeze into them and i am a size 00/0
