I had completely forgotten about this, if it's showing up in the UK soon it should land in the rest of europe aswell. Time to catch up on swatches to refresh my memory lol!
launches seem to becoming harder to predict but hopefully UK/Europe are somewhat in sync for you! :)

Best news I've heard this month Thanks so much!! Whirl Stone Matte Royal Instigator Studded Kiss D for Danger So they should be in counters August 6th?~~
you're very welcome! i would assume so- it's usually a week after on Thursdays :) D for Danger is so tempting. is that the one which has been compared to the original retro matte Heaux?

Yup. On me, D for Danger and Heax are identical, minus the finish. I posted a swatch in here.
Thanks Erine just checked the swatch yeah they're pretty much identical So excited for them How similar are DFD/Heaux and FR? I've seen some pics they look quite similar and I'm not sure whether I should have both

brilliant, I missed out on Rihanna's Heaux too so this solves that problem for me :) I'll probably end up trying to grab the Veluxe A Trois one too though!

I have Heaux and FR and they are different. Heaux is brighter and retro matte. I'll see if I can find a pic of me wearing them. Edit: Ha, in the pics they do look similar. But in person they aren't. To me anyway. HEAUX
Thanks. The finish on Heaux puts it in a class by itself IMO. Fashion Revival is nice but totally dupeable. Heaux is amazeballs.

Yes I really think its the retro matteness thats making Heaux so beautiful and somehow unique

I agree with you the finish is what makes Heaux special. Doing Heaux as a cremesheen will make it look like Partline & although its pretty
it is not nearly as pretty Heaux in matte finish.
I do not have Heaux (could not get) & it haunts me LOL but I swatched D is for Danger, Fashion Revival & Partyline, in store they look similar.
It is something about the matte finish that gives it an edge

Thanks. It's definitely the finish that makes it unique. Like even putting it on you feel different

I liked FR when I got it but it didn't scream Heaux to me and I never even thought to swatch them side-by-side. Then I got Acai from the JP collection and I think I like it more than FR. #firstworldproblems

Aside from using a tissue to blot the cremesheen of Heaux to make it more matte can you recommend a product to make satins and cremesheen more matte.
A light dusting of any kind of mattifying face powder (ie. MAC Set Powder) over a lipstick should yield a matte effect. There are other products on the market specifically for matting down lipsticks, although a particular brand name escapes me at the moment. Or just DIY with powder :)

Well yay, the products finally came up on the DK/SE sites. Gonna go to the pro store next week so fingers crossed they still have them all + the new Fix+ for me to check out!

There's a lipstick product @MissElle12 and I were discussing once in a thread (had to be the Veluxe a Trois one) but it was only available abroad and sold out at the time. I don't remember the name.
