Unfortunately no, that's how much everything costs over here

Do you have any other bright greens/chartreuses? If you have Rated "R" from last year's Starflash collex, you can probably skip Sweet & Punchy. (I did not, so I got S&P and love it

)

I don't have that one. I have to mail order my MAC, so I don't get to test them. I love my blues and greens though.

I say Firecracker is a must. It's a really wearable red-orange. I'm super pale, but it doesn't make me look like I've been crying or anything, which I was at first afraid it might.
lol.gif
I feel it's really versatile too - can be worn with golds, bronzes, pinks, greens...

That's what I've been reading... Damn! lol

Flurry of Fun is a MUST. Splashing is nice, but not INCREDIBLY unique. I bought it and haven't worn it yet, but I've worn FoF a few times already.

Yeah, FoF looks like it's incredible. Splashing I was thinking could be skipped, but I'm drawn to the name...sucky.

I have worn both Thrills and Hipness almost every day since launch. I love them both. Thrills is great, even though I usually hate the texture of Frosts (they dry my lips out very easily, usually). The bronze sheen to it isn't too much.

Great to know. What is your colouring exactly if you don't mind?

Temp Rising is a must, I think - unique, easy to blend. Bold enough to wear on its own as a pseudo-stain on more pigmented lips (like mine), but can easily be toned down some with gloss or a lighter application (just used as a liner and filling in the lips by bringing it in with a brush from the lipline).

That's exactly what I was thinking! I only added the pink because of the raves, always been focused on this one.

Quote:
I bought a Marine Life and haven't used it yet because I don't want to ruin the overspray
th_crazy.gif
so I can't comment on if it's worth it or not. With that one though.. I think people are beyond reason.

I don't have either brush, but isn't the 130 going to be perm now? Maybe get one now, and get a second one later if you need it? No reason to get two now, since they'll be around...

HTH!

Yes, it's been permanent since the mineralize creme foundation launched, but they can't keep it in stock and I know I'm going to be getting at least 2.

Any pale (around nw15) people have insight on the bronzers? I'm craving the Beach Bronze one, but not sure if I should risk it, since I can't even swatch it in person now.

Oh, and first post, hi!

I say get it - it's good with golds, greens, pinks... a perfect way to add a little summer pop to a lot of different looks.

lmao.gif
After I wrote my post about Firecracker I immediately shut down my computer and rushed to the store and got it! I was afraid that what if someone talked me out of it and I would regret not getting it, but I should've known it better
tong.gif
- you enablers!

Kidding aside, I'm glad I got it. The lovely MA at the pro store put it on me and it was very nice, it didn't make me look sick at all! Also I got the Teal pigment (she said they are discontinuing it?!). I'm wearing Firecracker today with Blonde's Gold and Satin Taupe.

Ditto. I was NW20, but too pale for it now, I need to get rematched.
Golden is awesome for my skincolor.

Thanks, guys

I've actually never lemmed bronzers, but the packaging made me lol. Now I only wish I could get a (desparkled) cream bronzer in the powder bronzer's packaging xD Waiting for marine life and hipness in the mail and want the orange case now, but wasn't sure if Golden would look ok.

This is for peachsuns and anyone else who wanted a pic of GAB. Not the best shot (it's soooo hard to capture the color because it has a sheen to it), but I hope it'll suffice. I also have on Redhead MSF as highlighter and Emote as contour. I freaking love this blush!
love.gif
I'm NC35 for reference. On my lips is Charismatic lipstick, one of my fave lippies.

It just really doesnt do a whole lot. It seems the sparklies which are minimal show up but not much color....it's sheer I guess you'd say

I'm NC20-ish, blue eyes, dark brown hair (natural super-ashy blonde). MUFE's Mat Velvet in 25 is a perfect match for me if that helps at all!

I just ordered Hipness. Thanks for posting that it was back up! I missed out on it before and it's sold out everywhere around here that I know of.

I broke down and ordered Flurry of Fun since I saw that it was restocked on the website. I'm done with this collection now.

So, did I manage to tempt you into getting GAB?

I'm glad I managed to get by with just 5 items from this collection. Hehe. But I might go back for Life's A Breeze l/l though, because I haven't seen a l/l in this color from MAC before. I keep thinking about the lipsticks too, but I think I should try to resist; they're nice but not overly unique.

I want:
Sweet and Punch, Shimmermoss, and Firecracker
Flurry of Fun and Splashing
Thrills
Hipness
Golden Bronzer
Beach Bronze
Temperature Rising and Life's a Breeze
Marine Life x2
130 x2
131

But that would cost me $802.

Opinions please!

It is worth mentioning that the NZD is not 1=1 with the USD though. More like 1 New Zealand dollar = 0.6621 U.S. dollars.

I would say cut Shimmermoss (perm), Splashing (not that special), Golden Bronzer (perm) and the doubles of ML and 130.
Personally I didn't find Hipness that special either, but I know I'm in the minority on that one.
