What counter??? Because I went to two of them today, and the MA's at both still believed it was June.

The MA in Oslo also told me To The Beach & Pret a Papier will be out May 15th in Norway. Guess it´s the same release dates for Scandinavia.
This is quite bad timing for me though as I fly on that day itself to Malaysia.
Anyone in Asia know when TTB will be released there?

I think it's released in June in asia, well, according to Temptalia anyway!

I just saw the promo pic of the seahorse powder and almost squeeled! hahaha Even though the shells and the coral look so artificially put together. I am very excited for this collection!

Yeah I love T's pic of the Seahorse powder in the sand. Makes me want to put a bikini on and head out to the beach all bronzed and glowing!

I went to Åhlens City in Gothenburg. I guess you asked at the counters in Stockholm? I've known this particular MA for quite a while and she has never been misinformed before, so I think it's true. But it is weird that different counters say different things.

While strangely both counters were missing my usual MA's today, I have no reason to believe the ones I was talking to were BSing me, so they really must not know yet. But as they said, sometimes they don't get the information before they open the boxes with the shipment.

Thanks for getting the info.

Well then, wow.. This is going to be hard, but exiting. It quite comfortable to have loads of american swatches to stare at before collections arrive, but this times I guess we are on our own.

I wish I had never bought the 130. It was a total waste for me. It's so short and so small. I don't even use it. I kept it thinking it would come in handy for something, but so far...nope.

What didn't you like about the 130? I have such a small face so it was sooo much easier applying foundation than the 181, 182, 187, 188 or the 189/190! lol It gets the harder to reach areas rather quickly and its easy to blend.

I didn't like it b/c it was so small. I have a huge face

and that brush would have me applying foundation for 10 minutes. I tried it for cream blushes but it sucks for that, too. The bristles spread and it's just a hot mess. For foundation, I have found my HG brush and that's the Sonia Kashuk flat top brush. It gets in to any small spots on my face and leaves absolutely no streaks. Glad the 130 works for you, though.

Yeah I figured the brush wouldn't be for everyone. For me its a dream come true bc I have been looking for alternatives and before the 130, I was using my 180 which was still hard to use.
Ew I wouldn't use it for cream blushes bc they dont blend as easily as foundations. Plus, it would leave the blush streaky.

So true. I usually look at the reviews and swatches online to make a preliminary list of things to look at and see if their must-haves are really must-haves for me or not, but if we get it before the US, as you said, it will be hard but exciting!

My list so far consists of these:

130 brush - this will be my second one. I just love my first one to bits, I use it for foundation and for creme blushes, so I want to get another one since I don't want to have to clean it every time I'm switching between the two uses. It's limited edition in the UK. This one's the real must-have in the collection IMO. lol.
smiles.gif

Lazy Day lipstick - the description sounds lovely: light dirty blue-pink (Lustre)

Life's a Breeze lip pencil - to go with light pinks; though this may be a 'maybe'. Will see how I feel about Lip Pencils then
smiles.gif

Get-Away-Bronze - description sounds pretty too. Mid-tone suntan (Frost) I don't own a frosty bronze non-mineralize blush yet, though I do have So Ceylon and Sun and Moon mineralize blushes, which I love.

Not many at all! Although I already have Thrills lipstick and Hipness blush from previous collections. Both are really pretty though, I would say they are must-haves
smiles.gif
I also have Refined Golden bronzer and Humid eyeshadow too. Might do a look sometime when I have the chance!

Justifying why I feel I don't need the rest:

Eyeshadows - To be frank, I have too many. Though veluxe pearls have lovely textures, I don't see myself using brights on a daily basis *Patients would probably freak out lol* I already have Humid, Rated R (which I feel would be similar to Sweet and Punchy) and Tete-a-tint (which might be similar to Sand & Sun). I've barely touched my veluxe pearl copper from the Spiced Chocolate quad, so I don't think I'll be getting much use from Firecracker. And Shimmermoss, though pretty, I might not get much use of, and its permanent too. If I were to get one, I think I might pick up Sand and Sun though
smiles.gif

Lipglasses - I have too many. And they go off! I should finish the ones I have first. MAC will release other pretty glosses in the future
smiles.gif

Temperature Rising lip pencil - already have Mouth Off lip pencil
th_e2cloud9.gif

Eye Kohls - I tend to use black-based pencils most often, and the rest just get ignored. So skipping these.

Nail Lacquers - just skip. Other brands might have better quality than MAC ones.

Some 'Maybes':

Cream bronzer - Sounds interesting, but the swatches don't seem to be all that appealing. Will see
smiles.gif

Marine Life Highlight Powder - not too sure about this one. I feel as though it just might be pretty on the pan, but it might not deliver. I don't know. Will see when I check it out myself.

Lustre Drops - Pink Rebel looks gorgeous, but I don't know if I would be using it much.

Lol. This post has been unexpectedly long. I just intended to list what I wanted from this collection, but ended up typing way more than that!

I hope this helps anyone make their preliminary list.
