MAC Tres Cheek discussion

Hi! I've been lurking for months now and you have been unknowingly enabling me.

I depotted about 7 blushes in November and my fool proof way was: Heat Up Flat Iron. Remove Insert. Place on flat iron. Wait a few seconds. Then instead of using a knife or anything sharp (destroyed my Raizin blush with a knife), I used the round end of one of my eyeshadow brushes and just slowly pushed until I heard the glue separating. I then just pulled apart with my fingers.

You can remove the glue and add magnet in usual manner


PS: I'm only getting Modern Mandarin from Tres Cheek! I wanted Peony Petal but was afraid how it would look on my NC45 skin.

I'm still stalking the site if the regular site gets it early. If not, then next week intead. PRO always gets the collections a week early before regular does.

Well, I just called MAC Pro and asked if these were going to be available in the pro pan refills.

She put me on hold, then came back a few minutes later and said in a nutshell...NO they won't.

She said since they just have been released, they will need to see the response the new blushes get, and then determine if they will make them available in pro pans. But that will not be anytime soon.

Looks like I will be having a depotting blush party at my casa this week.

i know i was supposed to be on team 6, but i put three of these blushes on hold at the store near me...(+heroine)
i might end up getting the other three as well, but i just put on hold the things that i'd be really sad if i missed. in any case, i think pink tea has a possibility of not showing up or looking ashy on me, so i'd rather play it safe!!

I hope my order does arrive on Wednesday. Usually, when I do standard shipping, it arrives on Friday. I've done overnight shipping before, but it only seemed to make a difference when I order during regular releases.

But I really really hope for Wednesday this time. I'm already visualizing somebody packing my goodies into a black box and loading it onto the UPS truck right this moment. LOL.

Haha I love thinking about that whenever I buy anything online! It's finding its way to you...!!

I changed up my original order a bit. I took off Heroine l/s and added Prep + Prime Vibrancy Eye (my counter is sold out everytime I go).

I will BTM my blush empties for Herione at my MAC store.

Not bad for THREE COLLECTIONS worth of stuff. <---- Yes, I will keep telling myself that.
