Im sorry, if you made your choice based on the picture thats very likely...Macys has them all wrong as well but I went by the names and the email confirmation is correct.

I noticed that Nordies says (at least the blushes) they cannot be picked up in the store by ordering on the website. I also told them, that the mineral items NEED to be put in cushioned material because if they just ship them in an envelope mailer, most times they will come cracked. More notes in my account @ Nordies :haha: Nordies was very thankful that I called.

Then my last order came in just a small mailing envelope. I thought it was better safe than sorry after the MAC fiasco to just give them another heads up about the mineral products.

True...I've never gotten anything in a mailing envelope. It's good and bad because I always miss shipments since it won't fit through the gate then I have to send to the boyfriends work who sometimes opens the package(to fit in his bag) or is inquisitive as to what I've purchased. And as a broke grad student welllll let's just say I shouldn't be spending money lolol

Yayyyyyy I just got an email from CS and since there was an error on the website with the blushes, they will send me Simmer too (I ordered Sweet Samba) because they weren't sure which I wanted (the image for each blush was the wrong one) and they apologized for the confusion. This made my day! Now if my order could ship soon!

Maybe the Canadian MAC CS can do an in service for the American CS on how to correctly deal with customers?

Just ordered Sweet Samba & Simmer blushes from Nordies since all mac has is a coming soon this morning & I got a Nordies Note in the mail yesterday.

Way to go love! I did the same this morning. I noticed Nordies didn't have everything up but seemed to be
adding things at intervals. I passed on the MESs but made up for it with the Chanel Mystére quad and khaki
eyeliner.
