The "swirls" on my Rio and the quick swatches at work without the flash. I like how the brown side looks but will need to be careful with the pink side!
ETA: Top is both colors mixed, middle is brown portion and bottom is pink. That is also heroine lipliner quickly swatched.

The 116 is almost flat, so you can use the edge of the brush to contour and the flat sides to apply highlight and to blend out everything.


I also own Ring of Saturn and I think it was Liba who said that Simmer is lot more berry than Ring of Saturn. I don't know about you, but my Ring of Saturn has quite a few swirls so the colour is more coral-peachy in the end than it is terracotta. I think Simmer looks similar to Ring of Saturn in the pan but applies differently.

Hmmm...It's more berry toned eh? My ROS has more of the cranberry veining and less of the peach. Mine turns into a light rose cranberry shade, with a touch of peach and lots of gold shimmer. I'm just no sure I need both. Thanks for the insight cyclops68!

Wow. Yours was split smack down the middle! That's an interesting one! I guess now you can really have best of both worlds..LOL!!

please...someone...make me stay at my desk and not run to the counter and buy another 159 and Narcissus...I have been so strong...HELP! The pull is too strong...because I want to look at a MSF too!

When i use the 187 (MCLP) and 188 (highlights) i actually don't stipple. I just go back and forth like a normal brush. But with the 159 i plan on stippling (bounce up and down) as it's a bit stiffer than the other two brushes.

Well, so much for not getting much from this collection. I went to swatch this morning and ended up with Adored, Rio, Simmer, Tropica, Bossa Blue and Fever Isle! I thought I didn't want any of the MES, but those two are so pretty! They also go well together, I tried layering Tropica over Bossa Blue and it looks so cool! I also accidentally went to the Chanel counter while I was there and bought some Chanel fall goodies. Ooops!

I really dunno if I should pass on this collection but i'm really wanting Adored, Lust, Rio & Midnight Mambo.

I went to the mall to test out the skin finishes. I ended up not liking them. But I did pick up the Chanel Taboo nail polish and Dior Gel coat, so my trip was not in vain. Lol. :)

I'm about to head to the counter and get my swatch on. Hopefully I walk away with fewer than the three items I was interested in.

I see that a lot of you ladies are getting a BU of Adored. How long did it take you to finish an MSF? I am sitting here wondering if I should have ordered a BU of Adored, but then again, I have yet to begin to make a dent in any of my MSF's.
