I always use them as a primer/base

And apply them on my bare lids followed by powder eyeshadows.That works great for me and I love them as bases.

That's how I use them mostly too. Wasn't what I wanted, but can make them work.

I love how when MAC puts out a product that doesn't really pan out they say "that's what's suppose to happen!" LOL Hey listen up, that disheveled, "I slept in my makeup" look is IN... Didn't you get the memo... Here... use these epic fails (one called Big Bounce) to achieve this "look!" "We MEANT to do that!"
I actually don't have a huge issue with the EC Shadows as long as I only put down a light layer. Most of the time I use them as bases. Which isn't really what I wanted to use them for, but OH WELL. They were kinda cool to play with. I still dust 'em off every once in awhile. Wonder how long they'll last?

How is everybody using the 159 brush?i love brushes and I can't wait to get mines

I have my two 159s but I have not yet conditioned and washed them. I'm waiting for the rest of my TT collection items to arrive on Monday. The brush head is
small enough that it will bode well for highlighting w/the MSFs. I think it was a good choice. Eager to hear what you think too after you use it.

Who else is loving the heck outta Caribbean? It is just sooooo beautiful to and on me! I do have super sensitive eyes to the point that I won't even consider wearing contacts just glasses. I don't put falsies on even though I would love to because I cannot deal with any kind of manipulation on my eyes. They begin to run like a river and it becomes a crazy mess if you add mascara to the mix. So far, I have not experienced any "fall-outs" and "glitter bomb" etc all over. Caribbean is my kinda perfect color and it to me is a must-have. I did find my missing one-buried under some other eyeshadows! I backed up that beauty! It is summer so to me Caribbean is the next best thing to being away in the islands now and much cheaper, lol

I also saw a MAC Artist wearing Exotic Ember as an eye shadow and it was wicked pretty.

I was playing around with Exotic Ember and I was trying to figure out which eyeshadow from the collection to pair with it. Does anything beside the cream color go with it? Everything else seems cool toned. What do you think?

Seven of nine - I think it depends on your skintone and what products you already have. Lust is pretty special on my skintone - it has an iridescence, which I can't think of any other shades that have that quality. I don't know whether it shows up that way on other skintones as well though... I found rio and adored both looked nice, but rio definitely better for my skintone. I suspect that one might be better than the other, if you need to make a choice. Do you have a lot of mineralize items from previous collections?

Yes, I have a few things from previoous collections, including a lot of MES and MSF.
