I know. I am a little disappointed about that too. We could either blot it with a tissue or get a product that allows you to mattify.

With the different formula it's probably going to look like a totally different shade. I am not excited at all. MAC is playing on the fact that everyone wants them to bring it back. Cremesheen, really? Not satin? The one cremesheen I have I don't like, it's too slippery for me. And looking at pictures online, they are clearly sheerer. This is going to look like a totally different lipstick. I have zero expectations.
