it's not till i go to the counter that i realise what a MAC geek i am too

i REALLY need to watch the princess and the frog! luckily i'm moving flat next week and i won't have my TV subscription sorted for a while so i'll be watching DVDs instead... i'm definitely going to pick that one up

It's funny because I'm super-excited for this, but I' not the biggest Disney fan in the world. I just like the idea of a "villains" collection and I think that the ones that they've chosen will yield a great palette of colours. Between this and Fabulous Felines, I'm well on my way to becoming Montreal's most glamourous homeless person...

I am so in love with Dr. Voo Doo's purple eyes.

I'm glad your daughter and friend will be OK. A very good friend of mine is dealing with a large ovarian cyst, and may require surgery to remove it. So scary when it hits so close to home!

In 1989 when my daughter was just six months old I had a cyst on my left ovary and it was so painful. My doctor told me these were pretty common in women my age (27 then) and that it should go away on its own but if I didn’t feel better in a few days or had a sharp pain to call. A day or so later I was resting on the sofa when I had an unbelievable pain shoot through me. I called his office and they told me to go to the hospital. My doctor did an exploratory lapsroscopy to see what was going on and then had to do an incision to remove the left ovary and tube. The cyst had ruptured and was hemorrhaging. That was the only cyst I have ever had so that was weird. I know some people have them quite often though. You just never know if it’s going to get serious.

Back on topic, well kind of anyway I watched The Princess and the Frog again tonight. This time with my husband and he really liked it also. Yep we sure know how to party on a Saturday night, hehe.

before i became fairly active on specktra i was completely content with my collection and didn't care to buy new stuff from launches....oh specktra...how you've drained my income.

For all the ones discussing it above...ovarian cysts are evil.

Prayers going out to all those who seem to be dealing with it right now. I had my own evil cyst at the beginning of my Senior year of college. Pain in my belly for a whole weekend, woke up Monday morning and decided it was time to go to the emergency room. The gyno didn't want to admit me because they just thought I was having bad cramps. They finally did an ultrasound on my belly and they were like...'what? wait...hold-on a sec..." leaves room. The main surgeon admits me into the hospital. Ends up I had 700 ccs of free-floating blood in my abdomen from a hemorrhaging ovarian cyst. It didn't rupture until they did surgery, but thankfully they were able to save everything. Buh!

On topic: I currently work for Disney so hopefully they will have some events that I can be involved with down here in Florida. Can you imagine the Disney villians making a special appearance at the MAC store?

Oh, I'd like to see that. I'm always super shy around those that draw the masses but like them nonetheless. There's a new Lego shop in my city and they have Darth Vader running up and down the street.

I like Disney enough to look forward to this collection. Thankfully my birthday is in September.
